The b.....h set him up ~ he'd had sex with her before. That's what he was there for. He agreed to use crack in exchange for sex ~ which kind of suggests it's the Mayor who was the whore ~ which, word on the street is, he was with a certain crowd of women.
Honest to gosh, this guy used to go out in the afternoon running through DC's poorer residential areas and he'd stop and ask to use the restroom somewhere, and he'd have sex with the woman of the house, or the women of the house, whatever he could handle that day.
DC has a large number of single women with children, and they're overweight, and not well kept, and the Mayor is their special friend (while their boyfriends are away in federal prisons hither and yon).
Those women vote!
Darndest way to get votes anyone has ever seen, but there you have it. When he got out of prison they took BUSES, not just one bus, but BUSES to the prison to welcome him out. He worked his way through the first bus ~ I don't know if he got to the second bus, but 4 hours? Ain't no thang baybee!
