Summary of Day Two of the Obama Columbia trial

- Day two of the Columbia trial started off with an alternate judge presiding over the case. Jan Johnson is one of Pastor Manning's loyal church followers and she is also aspiring to run for Governor of New York. Judge Unger is reportedly returning for Sunday's hearing.

- Judge Johnson then instructed the jury not to discuss the case outside of the court room and that they should remain to keep an open mind not to make a decision or final determination as far as a verdict.

- Pastor Manning then stated that George Washington never had the powersthat Barack Hussein Obama has. Manning then mentioned that Obama has anability to manipulate the media and people unlike any other politician today. This has given Obama even more power.

- Manning then suspiciously states that he would not be surprised if Obama sent a plant to infiltrate the jury, to undermine this trial.

12 Noon - The Bailiff swears in the jury and alternate jurors. Then, Manning plays a video of Lt Col Lakin on you Tube explaining why he disobeyed his orders to go to Afghanistan. manning and the judge note that the video is for information purposes only and that it will not be submitted as evidence.

I’m going to have to plead stupid here... but all I know is that Manning believes Obama was not born here/usurper, and he makes youtube videos about it.

What’s the short-short version of the reason behind this trial?

A buffoon is the adjective I reserve for our Usurper in Chief and his Vice Buffoon.

Dr. Manning’s holding this trial because the American People have not been given “due process” by the courts on this matter of Natural Born Citizen i.e. Barack Obama.

You can hear an interview about what he is trying to accomplish here:

Thank you!! Interesting stuff. I’ll save the link and and keep checking back. Only God can stop this fiasco and I pray Pastor Manning is the vehicle.

Sorry. No one who has a functional relationship with reality considers Manning's trial anything but a joke.

And, to be fair, I have listened to his stumbling, borderline deranged YouTube presentations on this trial. I hope his sermons are much better.

A lot of dot connectin, evidence presenting going on! There is a lot of it!

Heavens no! I’m just behind on all of this in regards to Manning’s plight.

(((((((((((((((((((((

I’m sorry, but I have to agree. Pastor Manning spent time on the trial’s first day talking about the Illuminati. Aside from everything else, that seriously damages his credibility in my eyes. And is there even a “defense attorney” in this “trial”? If not, then what good is it? I’m sorry, but this reminds me of what teachers call “attention-seeking behavior”.

And is there even a “defense attorney” in this “trial”?

Not an attorney in sight. Originally, Orly Taitz said she'd be there, then recently Phil Berg was supposed to deliver the opening remarks, according to Manning, but neither Taitz nor Berg ever showed, and no explanation was given.

Manning also says he subpoenad a host of federal officials, including Obama, but since none of them agreed to testify, he wants people to come to court wearing masks representing them. One person showed up at the parade with a Condoleeza Rice mask. Quite entertaining.

It's a circus. Manning predicted 30,000 people would show. He had about 50-60 for his "march around Columbia," and another couple of dozen that showed up at the church, but many of these are members of his congregation, so he fell a bit short on his grandiose predictions, as all these opportunists do.

The so-called evidence being presented is about the thousandth rehash of all the unproved allegations about Obama. If you've read Orly Taitz' "dossiers," or her voluminous court filings, or a fraction of the thousands of  FR threads discussing them, you've seen 'em all.

Eeek. AND Pastor Manning says Obama is a member of the Taliban. AND that he was in the CIA and his Columbia attendance was a cover. I love a good conspiracy theory, but this seems like a bit much. ;)

Even Orly Taitz knows that appearing at the trial would damage her reputation, such as it is. The birther spokesperson he scrambled to bring in has nothing to lose.
