You know, I'm definitely not a friend of Islam (as is attested by the fact that I
wrote a book about it), but I just can't get into this "Draw Mohammed Day" thing.
Many of the people who get a kick out of this are the same losers who think they're clever by trying to claim that Jesus and His disciples were gay, etc. etc.

It's a way of telling Muslims "No, we are not intimidated by you and your threats. We stand in solidarity with the cartoonists who have had to endure death threats from radical Muslims over what they drew."

I tried to look at the Facebook this morning, but it seems to have been deleted. Did Facebook finally cave in to the ROP censors?

It sounds like a take off spoof of Elmer Fudd (EF);
if a Muslim held a sword to my neck and screamed "Draw, infidel, or I'll cut off your head ... (Loony Tunes alert), Allahu Akbar,"
Bugs Bunny (BB) then says; "Mack, it's simple, let me show you, just draw a circle around your feet"
(BB) "That's right Mack you got it now"
Pooft!
(BB)It's a real long way down to China Mack"
eeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, splat into a pile of sand.
Humprey Bogart's (HB) grizzeled cartoon character is seated nearby upon a tropical beach leaning up against a cocconut tree smoking a fag; he's addressing Elmer as Elmer struggles to dig himself out of the sand
(HB) "Hey, Mack, could you lend me a sawbuck to a fellow American who's down on his luck"
(EF) "DUUBBBBuuubbahhh, duubbbbuuubbahh; that's just fine"
Cur the Loony Toons music; (BB)Now, that's some real 24 carrotts!
