I suppose a parent could forbid their children from accepting a condom from the district. It amazes me how many parents are willing to let the schools usurp their authority.

If the schools have so much money to supply the kids with free condoms, perhaps parents should turn down the next budget?

I don’t know why a parent would send their children to an elementary school where teachers were passing out condoms. My 11 year old son is not ready for that kind of a relationship. This is insane. Ping worthy?
