The President of the United States has joined forces with 20 foreign countries to whip Arizona into submission. As unbelievable as it may seem, it is very true.

You will recall that Barack Obama’s Justice Department is suing Arizona to prevent the state from defending itself against illegal immigration and drug trade. He has invited 20 Latin American countries to join him in the lawsuit to pummel Arizona into the ground.

With 21 countries suing Arizona, it would appear the state is now without a president and a country. Where is this reported in the press? Obama is strong before the weak and weak before the strong. Viva El Presidente!

AMEN.

The ninth needs to be reigned in.

Their jurisdiction needs to be confined to the inside of that court building, and then have the janitorial staff be permanently relocated to other buildings, so they can see what kind of $h!tmess they are creating.

"With 21 countries suing Arizona, it would appear the state is now without a president and a country."

Don't fool yourself, it's the other 49 states that are in deep doo doo right now. Arizona alone has the courage to stand up to the Communist in Chief. When Bambi and the Komrads are booted out over the next two years the courage and conviction of Arizona's governor Jan Brewer will have been a large part of the reason. If she remains steadfast, Governor Brewer will become a national hero.

The wise 9th circuit, flips off every citizen and legal resident in the entire country 16 days before the election.

And I”m sure these 21 countries all have sterling immigration and human rights records. This is such a load of bat guano.

Simply more evidence that we are engaged in a New American Civil War. While Obama garners his own allies in his fight against traditional America, U.S. citizens are choosing up sides as well. A critical flash point may be coming, and if it does, the catalyst will come from the Supreme Court. Maybe Nov 2010, more likely Nov 2012.

It’s comming. Perhaps not with Arizona but it’s comming.

[Approved, Tuesday, January 29, 1861]

The people of Georgia (Arizona) having dissolved their political connection with the Government of the United States of America, present to their confederates and the world the causes which have led to the separation. For the last ten years we have had numerous and serious causes of complaint... They have endeavored to weaken our security, to disturb our domestic peace and tranquility, and persistently refused to comply with their express constitutional obligations to us in reference to that property, and by the use of their power in the Federal Government have striven to deprive us of an equal enjoyment of the common Territories of the Republic. This hostile policy... has been pursued with every circumstance of aggravation which could arouse the passions and excite the hatred of our people, and has placed the two sections of the Union for many years past in the condition of virtual civil war. Our people, still attached to the Union from habit and national traditions, and averse to change, hoped that time, reason, and argument would bring, if not redress, at least exemption from further insults, injuries, and dangers. Recent events have fully dissipated all such hopes and demonstrated the necessity of separation. Our Northern (liberal) confederates, after a full and calm hearing of all the facts, after a fair warning of our purpose not to submit to the rule of the authors of all these wrongs and injuries, have by a large majority committed the Government of the United States into their hands. The people of Georgia (Arizona) , after an equally full and fair and deliberate hearing of the case, have declared with equal firmness that they shall not rule over them.

This cannot stand. What right does a foreign country have in our courts? None.

With 21 countries suing Arizona

That's incorrect. They've filed amicus briefs, but they're not suing.

Take a deep breath. They're not part of the lawsuit, they're not "in our courts."

They have filed amicus briefs -- anybody can do that. You could do that.

I am grateful for all that the Tea Party members are doing, but I wonder if it isn’t time to follow the wisdom of the Founding Fathers again, and create a new “Continental Army”.

This is outrageous. Chile had no problem taking our aid to help save the poor miners - and yet they sue Arizona.
