You have GOT to be kidding! I once shot an Encore in 308 and it kicked like a horse! I can’t imagine shooting a Moison-Nagant pistol! Probably break something.

I have a butt pad from ATI on my M91/30 that significantly reduces felt recoil. Your son would appreciate it!

Seems he really likes his “man cannon”. I inherited one from my father who “found” it during the Korean War. He shipped it back home. Although he never got to see any of his grandchildren, he would be happy as a Lark to know his grandson (my son) loves this gun. Talk about getting some looks at the firing range once you shoot it. Bluish-gray smoke says it all.
