They had a poll over there last week asking how many are “socialists”. Net result: 70% of Dummies identify as “socialists”.

What just exploded on the scene did not just happen. This shit has been in the works for years - the procedures, the x-ray scanners, etc. What you are witnessing is the old military industrial complex - transformed to serve Homeland Security - up to the same old nonsense. Bush started it, bought it and sold it. Rumsfeld is responsible for a lot of it, as was Ridge, and dah-ding Chertoff.
They just didn't think that when their little plan to rip off the taxpayers selling useless shit to the government came together, we would be grapping our guns and shielding our 4 year old girls from a bunch of K-street lobbyists gone freakin' insane, selling automatic gear and training to strip search little boys for suicide bombs.
He's managed to bring the far left loonies together with the conservative nutjobs. Dislike of TSA procedures apparently crosses political lines.
But that is exactly what they are saying we should do.
