The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
I think we passed "unreasonable" quite some time ago. This is getting toward "somebody's butt gonna get kicked." 0bama better back these boys off or this is going to get violent, and if it's a Lefty who throws the punch and me on the jury, he walks.

I don’t know why some think that there could be hope and change by the DU reaction. They think the marxist is acting like a republican. They are dillusional and can’t see the dims are the party of totalitarianism and instead equate these tactics with the Republican party.
There’s no hope from that kind of logic.

Yes. This is probably the first time that some of those DU posters have ever acknowledged that a member of a racial minority can be fully responsible for his own words and deeds.
