Palin makes it very difficult for these old 60s hippies to pimp their communism to the American people. I can see why they want her to “go away”.

but the Democratic strategist have actually put together an organized effort for Dems to support Sarah in the GOP primaries. This is hardly the action of people who fear her, in fact they believe that having her as an opponent provides the best chance for Obama to be elected

I registered as a Democrat in January 2008 so that I could vote for Obama in the NH Primary, believing then that there was no way he could be elected and that HRC would be trouble.

Be careful what you wish for, RATs - La Pasionaria of the Yukon is ineluctable.

Carter wanted Reagan to run too, and we all know how that turned out.

You make a good point and polls taken this early should never be treated as gospel. The problem for Sarah is more in the trend than in the raw numbers. She has had a lot of media exposure since appearing on the national scene and the polling trend shows a significant increase in her unfavorable rating since then. Her head to head poll numbers against Obama seem to be trending in the wrong direction as well. To complicate matters, the media exposure she has had has made her well known with a large number of people polled already having an opinion of her. In short, there are fewer in the undecided category regarding their opinion on Sarah. This makes it harder to gain ground.

Palin would mop the floors with Obama in any debate
So would a monkey. "Badia Badia duh!"

- Actually she IS VERY GOOD in political banter even if she does "miss state" some facts from time. We all do. Joe Bite Me is the worst at getting things just down right incorrect (for example).

I do wish we, the good people, could just leave somewhere and let them rot in their leftist world.

God's people, those who rely on Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the Cross alone as payment for their sins, will be taken from the face of the earth in an event called the Rapture of the Saints, which will occur before a seven year long period called the Tribulation.

But she’s not ready. She’s not ready yet.

They said Reagan wasn't ready for the National Platform.
They said his was a Rambling Fool that Jabbered about things he new nothing about.
They said he couldn't contend with "PROFESSIONAL" Washington Bureaucrats.

They're afraid of Palin.. Very Afraid..

Yup.

But we have geniuses around here who are so cocksure that Palin can't win. So why is everybody so afraid?

I do not know who the "they" is that you are referring to, but the Democratic strategist have actually put together an organized effort for Dems to support Sarah in the GOP primaries. This is hardly the action of people who fear her.

So there are some Democrats who fear Palin because she may really be unbeatable and there are some Democrats who are not afraid of her because she really may be beatable.

BTW, with the primaries more than a year away, it seems a bit weird to me that the so-called not-afraid-of-Palin Dems are organizing this effort so far in advance. Makes me wonder what audience they are really targeting.

Think about it.

This post was moved to the blog section?

The blaze has two sections, The news stories and the blog..

The news stories section is no different than FR or Drudge.. Its not a “blog”.. Do we have to only post news that’s filtered through the state sponsored MSM on the FR news page?

What happened to the concept of the “new media”?

People keep talking about THEY felt this way or that way about REagan...

I knew Reagan was ready when he lost the nomination to Gerald Ford.

There was no question in my mind that he was capable... More than capable of running this country.

He was very young and full of vim and vigger....then....The first four years of the presidency he still was.

Palin is different... there are many people on this forum who have doubts....

Conservatives NEVER had doubts about REagan...

She speaks for me....I’m just not completely convinced just yet....

Obama's incompetent, you say? Then why would you use him as a yardstick to judge Palin's qualifications? We need someone with the skills and background necessary to lead our country---to represent us on the world front.

Sarah Palin was a breath of fresh air on the McCain ticket, IMO. Still, what we saw is not enough to assure us she is ready to be president now or if ever.

Just my 2 cents.
