Congressman Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, claims he suffered permanent injuries after biting down on olive pit hidden in a sandwich he bought three years ago at a House of Representatives cafeteria. In return, the Ohio Democrat is suing the cafeteria for $150,000.

Of course then he’ll sue the olive packer, the jar or can manufacturer it came in, then there’s the olive producer producing a dangerous product with no warning label then of course the trucking company; not to mention the person who made the sammich, - need I go on???

What a jerk. I mean if he broke a tooth I could see him getting something for the cost of the dental work but, $150,000??? That’s ridicules. I’m assuming this money will be paid by tax payers.
Hmmmm, he claims he has had multiple surgeries for this. I have a hard time believing you’d need several surgeries but, what do I know. Tooth pulled and replaced? That wouldn’t be any where near $150,000. Maybe a couple of thousand or so.
I wonder if the Congressional cafeteria that served the offending vegetable is staffed by SEIU members.
I believe that a piece of bone in hamburg and probably a pit in an olive is considered “natural” and sometimes can’t be helped so litigation will be thrown out.
He should have gone for a cigarette butt and could have made a fortune.

The House cafeteria was privatized a few years back. That’s the real reason this tin foil wearing commie wants to sue!!
