Seems more like tentacles than branches.

I guarantee you that the Communist News Network will bury this gaffe. If, on the other hand, it had come from the mouth of the lovely and talented former Governor of Alaska, every talking head and snark-meister on the air would have this at the top of the news.

"We have three branches of the government: we have a House, we have a Senate and we have a President
"What a moron.
He has a hard time with the Second Amendment, too.
But wait, let's give the guy a break, okay? Democrats are lawless, right? They don't bother with courts, unless they need them for some unconstitutional purpose. So of COURSE he'd forget about the Judicial branch.
And since Obama is hardly executive material, we can certainly forgive him for calling the Executive Branch the President branch.

In the liberal brain he’s correct. The courts are a sub-branch of the legislative and executive branches. That’s been their goal for decades and they’re almost there.

Actually there are four branches: Congress, the Supreme Court, the President and a fifth column media formerly known as the fourth estate.

No way that ignoramus could have scored 1600 on an SAT. No way.
I’d be surprised if he could get more than a 500.
Mommy and Daddy must have bought that score for him.
Or he simply lied.
Again.

Never, ever, trust the “intelligence” of somebody who brags about his SAT scores, especially 40 years later.

He is a Senator? What school did he attend? Did they teach Civics? Anyway he flunked what a dunce!
