Look at line 4: - is that "Islam"?

I googled 'Agama' and one of the meanings is 'spirituality' or something (religion?)

Or has this been pointed out before?

What’s not good for Birthers? All I want is for him to show his long form. I don’t “believe” anything about him as Rinos and Democrats do. His step-father was brought up to speed on where he was supposedly born by his wife. This form does nothing for his failure to furnish the Long Form. He can be born where he was born. Natural Born Citizen = BOTH parents are U. S. Citizens
AND child must be born in the U.S. mainland.

I guess this leaves Obama out, unless he was born before the Adoption of the US Constitution.

I don't consider myself a "birther" (the term means different things to different people), although some might refer to me with that label based on the fact that I am a Constitutional Conservative. 

 

To be a constitutional conservative, one must believe, among other things, that basically the constitution says what it means and means what it says. 

 

One provision of the constitution sets out the qualifications of the individual who is chosen to be our President.

 

The "issue" in contention here is whether Obama meets the constituttional requirement that he be a "natural born citizen".

 

Your assignment, should you choose to accept it, is to research the specific definition of the term "natural born citizen", and then reach your own conclusion as to whether Obama (or any future presidential candidate) meets that definition.

 

If you conclude that he, in fact, either doesn't meet the definition or has failed to provide adequate documentation that he meets the definition, then you will be labeled a "birther".

So the argument is three-fold (at least). First, he wasn't born in the U.S.. Second, if he was born in the U.S., he is not a natural born citizen because . Third, even he was born in the U.S. and was a natural born citizen, he gave up his citizenship when he moved to Indonesia and he never re-established his citizenship. That sounds great. Now back to real-life. In the two-plus years that people have been titling at the citizenship windmill, Obama has laid waste to our country. He passed a "health care" bill that, if not reversed, will be the ruination of the country. He is proposing to speed the death process by increasing taxes during a deep recession/depression. Stop wasting resources on a frivolous battle while the bigger battle is being lost right in front of your eyes.

Well, it seems like you cannot multi-task. If he is something other than what he says (scamming us) then his chances for re-election are nil. So, by reducing him to nil, I am missing the point somehow? In your “real world” the Constitution is toilet paper? I pass.

There is more than one battle in a war and in this situation people can/should choose their battle(s). The question/goal is about the war we are involved in. I say it is a war to remove Obama and his enablers and recapture the lost part of our Nation and It’s Constitution. Choose your own battle(s) and be glad there are others in the war with you.

Interestingly, I happen to agree with you in the sense that we would do well to focus 98% of our energy on the economic “mess”, Health Care, national energy policy, etc.

At the same time, I don’t agree with your take that constitutional eligibility is “frivolous”. While I doubt this matter will be “settled” in the short term (not before we go into the voting booth in 2012), it is nevertheless an important matter, I believe.
