Birthers Appear Unimpressed with Obama Birth Certificate [Rick Moron strikes again]

The release of President Obama’s so-called “long form” birth certificate may convince a lot of straddlers on the issue that indeed, the president is eligible to be, well, president. But the surprise release by the White House of a document that conclusively proves that the president of the United States was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961, at 7:24 PM local time isn’t satisfying those whose standards of proof lie in the ethereal world of religious revelation rather than the more mundane plane of existence where facts and logic dominate.

For the true-blue, dyed-in-the-wool, never-say-never birthers, the only thing that will apparently convince them of the provenance of Obama’s birth is a document that tells them exactly what they believe — that the president wasn’t born here and is therefore ineligible to hold office. Any evidence to the contrary is dismissed as fake or forged, or is simply ignored as not worthy of their attention.

To wit: When confronted with irrefutable proof that you have been wrong all along, concentrate on minutiae that, at least in your own mind, can keep the theory alive. Here’s a comment from Roger L. Simon’s “Teachable Moment” post on the Tatler:

I agree with the author. The people that are nitpicking over details look like fools now. The thing is a birth certificate and has all the information listed. Could it have been forged? Possibly - seeing how the President of the US has unlimited resources for things like that. Will someone of stature prove its a forgery and convince the public. No. It’s over. No one is going to puruse this any more.

The problem is that the real issue isn’t even being discussed. Even if Obama was born in Hawaii is he a NBC? Trump should have taken that on instead of this BC thing. So much for his high paid investigators

The issue of the birth certificate is now dead, for all intents & purposes. There isn’t any more hay to make out of this - so far as removing Obama from office. The House is never going to file Articles of Impeachment, period. That’s the only way he can be removed: Impeach in the House and Convict with a Trial in the Senate. Anyone who still thinks that will happen is building a Castle in the Air. There are a lot of other legitimate grounds to work for in defeating him: he’s making a shambles out of the US every single day. That’s plenty to fight with. Pursuing this Birth Certificate issue is pointless now. His release of it will placate enough of the masses to “move on”. Only die-hard “birthers” will froth and fester, spinning conspiracies all day long. He’s not going to be impeached and tried by Congress - which IS THE ONLY WAY to remove him without electing someone else.

Oh, Oh. Trump has been embarrassed, humiliated, and laughed at by Obama supporters because of the recent release of the Obama long form birth certificate, and I don't think that Trump will disappear without fighting back.

I think Obama, without mentioning Trump by name, said somethng about carnival barkers, and we know that he was referring to Trump.

So what should we expect from Trump as he fights back?

As I see it, Trump will come back with a vengenance.

That is, if there is any dirt in Obama's past whatsover, I predict that Trump will find it over the next few months and attack Obama with guns blazing.

To me, Trump has no choice but to take off his gloves and come back swinging.

It won't be pretty, because I still believe that there is a lot of dirt out there concerning Obama, and so Trump just has to keep looking for that hidden dirt that will finally bring Obama down.

Do you find it at all bothersome that no hospital by the name given existed in 1961? The named hospital, according to its own web site, came into being in 1978 by the merger of two prior institutions, each of which had quite different names. How do you explain that?

Not exactly true. I never thought Congress would go the impeachment route with Obama. He is a democrat. Even though they did impeach Clinton, the rapist; they didn’t make him actually leave and he didn’t which is what democrats do. If they had impeached Nixon they would have made him leave. Impeachment is not saying you have to leave.

It's a slight of hand and there is no reason to have not put an original copy of his Long Form Birth Certificate out there in the 1st place.

 

But, think of it.  There are three that are known to exist or have existed and has at least two in his possessoin:

 

The Birth Certificate that was submitted for his admission into the Hawaiian school system.  The files containing that BC and his records for immunization are sealed by court order on MuBarak's requrest.

 

"If" he used an American Passport for travel to Indonesia and Pakistan, when he turned 18, he would have a copy of his birth certificate from that event.

 

He absolutely has a Birth Certificate, in it's original black & white format, that "He Found" Among His Mother's belongings, when she passed in 1995.

 

I do wonder if he had to submit another BC when he returned back to the Hawaii school system to re-enter school???

 

 

 

Let them claim there is no long form.

 

1st.  They and everyone has said all along the COLB is an abstract.  A COLB is a walkup document, meaning you can walk up to the desk, ask for your BC and they will provide an abstract, called a COLB in about 10 minutes.  That means there is a long form and Hawaii statutes, starting at (318)

 

2nd.  Hawaii already said they have seen Barry O.'s vital records and issued two statements - blah, blah, blah, right?

 

3rd.  Barry O. never had to show his long form BC ever, in his life, for anything?  Like obtaining a passport.  That one document is better than a drivers license.  It saying to the world you are who is contained in the passport document, which is based on an investigation of your background and YOU MUST provide a Birth Certificate as foundational proof of who YOU say you are.  From there the State Department does their background check on you and if you are who you say you are with no ammendments, modifications or whatever to your identity they issue it clean. 

 

Most adults can go to a desk or filing cabinet in his house and produce a birth certificate in a few minutes?

 

Barry O. tried to pass of something that was inconsistent with what the rest of have and know to be a “Birth Certificate”.

The so called COLB has many flaws with it:

• His father’s race could never have been listed as “African”.  That was not the nomenclature at all, in the 1960’s.  So that begins the suspicion of a fraudulent document.
•  The COLB is also cropped in many of the pictures that claim it is a scan.  If it is a scan, why not leave the document and size intact?
• The COLB also has no artifacts such paper folds.  A scan does not make those disappear and in fact will highlight them.
• The COLB that is scanned mysteriously does not show the Seal of Hawaii.  Why?  Because it was computer generated and not scanned.  Guess they forgot to add that back in.
• More over, many of us are concerned and want to know why he wasted time producing a document that is inconsistent with what we know a Birth Certificate looks like.

 The best part and even more confusing is why he didn't release any of the three Birth Certificates we know already existed before 2007.

• His kindergarten records and the BC, that should be there, have mysteriously disappeared.
• The BC he used to get into college, apply for loans and most definitely used for his passport. That wasn't available?
• Why couldn't he just present the one he found among his mother's belongings upon her death.   He waxed on and wondered about it and his father in one of his books.  Why not post that one?

Those were most certainly BC’s and not a COLB. There is no reason to create confusion but, for the fact he is hiding something. That something will be discovered, though and this is a long process.

No mention is made of my mother or me, and I’m left to wonder whether the omission was intentional on my father’s part, in anticipation of his long departure. So with all these Birth Certificates lying around, why did he feel it necessary to produce a "Certification of Live Birth" that is inconsistent with a Birth Certificate and wholly lacking all of the information you would find, in you know, a Birth Certificate?

He seemed to have some emotional attachment to the Birth Certificate found among his mother’s belongings.  Why wouldn’t he just slap that one up, for all the world to see?

It seemed important that he found a document that is called a “Birth Certificate” and it is highly unlikely he would not know what one looks like.

Hope no one brings up some house fire that vaporized his BC.  That was in 1972 and none of the documents listed here would have been affected by that “fishy” event.

 

The point of the birth certificate is to uncover this man's past for it's factual existence and not the narrative we have been told.

 

We want to know if he ever traveled, went to school in America, obtained loans, etc in another name or as a foreign student or as a foreigner!!!!

 

That is what we are after at a minimum.

 

Finally, there can be no doubt Barak was in fact born with a divided citizenship.  He proudly admits as much.

 

That means if we were conscripted by draft into the United States Military during a conflict, when he was 18, he could have avoided the draft by simply returning to another country of his citizenship.  We know and he admits he was a citizen of Kenya at the age of 18 so he could have returned with no penalty, to Kenya and not even I would call him a draft dodger if had under those circumstances.

 

You are wholly one thing or another but not two distinctly different and separate things that conflict with each other's existence.

 

He was born with a divided allegiance and is "Not a Natural Born Citizen".  Might be a citizen but, he ain't a Natural Born Citizen.

Please believe me, I have no love for that man, so I'm not some troll from DU. But I have read extensively on this BC today, here and elsewhere, but what you question above seems to be explained by the way the OCR software works versus the person who did the typing not using the same pressure on the keys with each stroke. At least that is what really smart people have posted here on FR today. All that WhiteOut is artifacts from the process, so I am told.

I don't get the SS card page, the whole sig there looks faked, I'm not sure what to make of it.

Yeah, the seal thing bugged me at first too, but one of the other freepers circled it on that other thread and there is something there, kinda looks like a seal. Of course, somebody else posted the whole thing in negative and it wasn't real obvious there either. Here, look at post #839:

Dunno, but it is the same name on other BCs from that era that are considered authentic. The Nordyke twins specifically.

This whole situation is troublesome to me, every square inch of it, I just don’t think the WH would post a forgery that wasn’t top shelf instead of something that looks slightly better than if I made it.

That is exactly the stuff that some people swear makes it legit, that is apparently what happens if you turn a scan into a .pdf with Illustrator.

If this doc is fake, people a lot smarter than me will prove it, but the fact they released a .pdf makes it very difficult to do forensics on it, so I have read.

One thing that many are not remembering... is that when the left sold an outright lie to the American people... that “Bush lied and people died”... it was an outright lie in itself... but repeated over and over it left Bush scarred.

There are legitimate questions about obama’s past... a past that he is hiding through his first executive order. As we attack obama and his failed ideology and agenda, we must simply add that obama has questions surrounding his even being qualified for office... this will just call more attention to who he is (or is not) and the damage that he is doing.

I too think that this issue will never be acted upon, because the media and the justice department are owned by obama. The republican leadership are all cowards and yes... boehner is a coward. They will not look into this under any circumstances... ever. We know... through a statement from Clarence Thomas... that the SCOTUS will never reverse a presidential election... that the response to such a situation would gravely affect America... IOW... politics is more important than doing the right thing and more important than our Constitution and the words that comprise it.

All that we can do at this point in History, is to save America by winning the upcoming election and elect a President, Congress and Senate that will put America before themselves and all politics. Only Conservative Americans contain the character traits to be one of those... Patriots and Statesmen (and Women).
