And vice versa. He views America as a foreigner would. It is obvious that he didn’t grow up in America. His values are different, and when he tries to express American values it is very forced and unnatural.
He is the child of foreign father and a mother that hated her country. He grew up in Indonesia, seeing America from a foreign point of view. When he did move back to the US, it was to Hawaii, which is not fully Americanized.
Soon thereafter he moved to CA and attended a very liberal California college. Then he supposedly went Columbia, the epitome of anti-American academia. After that was Harvard, and then it was off to Chicago and Rev. Wright’s church. Somewhere along the way he befriended Bill Ayers. It is easy to see how out of the mainstream his values are.
Hopefully those who were duped into voting for him wake up.

The biggest question is that 53% of the voters put Obama in office. Now, that’s scary!
Mark Steyn was dead on right about this in his rant against the birthers Friday a week ago. We have a nation of voters that put this man in office!
Personally....Of the various factions you mentioned, I place the most blame on the education “machine”. If generations of Americans attend socialist-funded, collectivist and voter mob managed, godless government schools....well...Of course! These kids learn to vote for socialism, collectivism, government compulsion, and learn to be comfortable under the yoke of the voting mob!
Thanks for the reference. I read over to the end of the (270) responses. It is amazing that so many in the middle of 2009 suddenly believed the warnings from the secret meeting of Congress on Mar. 12, 2008. Bush/Paulson set up TARP right after the meeting. Sure enough, there was a run on the banks. Now, if we can’t borrow more money, the admin warns of a collapse.
Obama is not on our side.
