I’ll see you there. I’ll be wearing my Cain-2004 lapel pin from the Senatorial primary that ultimately gave us Isakson. GA screwed up on that one.

Ron Paul seems to do well in the North.
To: Minus_The_Bear
Herman Cain is more conservative than Barack Obama.

"Herman Cain is more conservative than Barack Obama."

What does that have to do with anything? Are you honestly comparing Herman Cain to Barack Obam because they are both black?
To: Minus_The_Bear
Nice attempt at race-baiting. Every time one of you purists declares a Republican candidate unsupportable, I will post that. Check my posting history if you don’t believe me.

You are the one that clumsily compared Herman Cain to Obama... nobody was even talking about Obama.
Yeah, I am "purist" because I believe in capitalism and believe bailing out companies and large banks was wrong.
If you want to water down conservationism so much that you will vote for Romney or anybody that supported bailouts go ahead.
To: Minus_The_Bear
No, I was simply stating a fact. Herman Cain is more conservative than Barack Obama which in the end is the only litmus test conservatives need to use come November 2012. Every time your ilk post that you will not support an “unworthy” candidate even if they win the GOP nomination, I will make just such a post as I made. I will do my best to nominate the most electable conservative in the primary, but I will not sit at home or vote third party in the general just because I don’t get everything I want. The future of this nation is at stake.

Well using that logic, Hillary Clinton is more conservative that Obama... why don’t we nominate her?
To: Sarabaracuda
TARP & bailouts are not a small issue. They speak to a candidate's understanding of free market capitalism.
This is the same as Romney wanting a mandate for healthcare.
To: Minus_The_Bear
Now you are just being ridiculous as you purists are prone to do when you can’t refute an argument. Rabscuttle or whatever his name is did similar on another thread.

Actually, you just ignoring my point.
Why do you think TARP & the bailouts aren't important?
To: Sarabaracuda
Palin if she announces.
I didn't think she could win before... but now I think she has a shot. People are pissed off.
To: Minus_The_Bear
I never said they weren’t. I would prefer a candidate not support them, but they are not the only issues. Afterall, almost all conservatives voted for John McCain even though he was a supporter.

Well, at least we can agree on that. Sarah is of course my first choice, but I also like Michelle Bachmann and Herman Cain a lot.

Sarah Palin in Helen Thomas' body would never work. WHatever... Palin is one hot babe but, more importantly, she is presidential and very likely to be our nominee. I wish she would either get in or get out of the way. For me... for now...Palin first then Cain.

Point being: 'Palin getting her "magnificent fanny" into this race soon' is a weird comment when referring to one's choice in a candidate. Besides, I didn't think "f***ing *ss would make it past the moderators. The point is... she needs to get in NOW...
