Yes, if an officer disagrees with an order or has a conflict with his chain of command, including the Commander-in-Chief, then resignation is his or her only legal option. The military is not a debating committee.

When I heard that, I thought he was going to say that ‘this’ was part of the forger’s signature...figured he would expound on that part, although he wasn’t yet saying that he had an idea who it was, or that it was somone in the media.
