We’re getting to the point where DHS is a bigger threat to America than Islamic Terrorists...

...thank you George Bush, you conservative, you.

The article loses it's legitimacy in the first sentence when Nazis are mentioned. If you don't know it, google Godwin's law.

Additionally, it is also historically inaccurate. The Gestapo would not be out in the open. Duh. Why waste the time to post garbage like this?

TSA is out of control.
On my trip yesterday I was Porno-scanned, wanded, groped AND swabbed for explosives.

All the time the TSA agent seemed to be trying to provoke me. Nearly reported him to his supervisor.

No idea why as I fly all the time.

So? Tough. How many parents will take this to court? None? How many will raise hell? None? I thought so.

Hard to believe this is true. What business does the federal gov’t have at a high school prom?

First of all...this article is pure BS. The TSA was not involved in this incident that spawned the lawsuits.

"The Santa Fe school district says that is because APS has its own police force."

That is taken directly from the story on the incident. Nowhere in there is the TSA mentioned.

I'm not defending the TSA but what axe to grind does Mike Adams have with the TSA?

That settles it. Next Halloween I’m going to the party as a TSA agent.

I warned NaturalNews readers about how the TSA was expanding to become the new Nazi Secret Police of America

Was their any doubt. King Obama will be Americas permanent dictator. His army includes over half of American voters that most have been bought and paid for. The rest are just ignorant and do not deserve to live in America.

Someone needs to explain how the Transportation Security Administration has anything to do with a non-transportation event. This is directly from their website under Mission, Vision, and Core Values:
Mission
The Transportation Security Administration protects the Nation’s transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce.
(Source: http://www.tsa.gov/who_we_are/mission.shtm)
Who the bleep is this judge to rule that the TSA does pat downs anywhere he wants? Are they his personal security force?

I'm no fan of the TSA, but this story doesn't pass the smell test. Here's TSA's side of the story:

http://blog.tsa.gov/2011/05/tsa-pat-downs-at-santa-fe-prom-nope.html

TSA's side sounds much more likely to be true.

As I posted last week, where is the jurisdiction?

The TSA was chartered to protect travelers, especially air travelers.

Someone needs to take them to court and say that schools are STATE matters, and don't involve federal travel.

This is practically a matter of Posse Comitatus -- bringing a Federal agency into day-to-day state affairs.
