Carville is giving the first tacit, but official permission, to the African-American community leaders to plan riots now. The veil is coming off the threat that was always there.
This is the equivalent of the Tom Bradley announcement on TV to "TAKE TO THE STREETS TO SHOW YOUR FEELINGS....(lower voice) but keep the peace."
The result: The Rodney King Riots. The gloves are off and I hope other Americans are as ready as the Korean-American shopkeepers of LA are going to be.

I wish he would expand on the civil unrest he expects. Is this riots in support of Obama just prior to the election? Just after incase they lose? Or just general riots because of the lack of jobs during the entire year?
