The UCMJ also forbids them from engaging in sex with anyone under 13 I think.
Our country is messed up.

Maybe this is a perk for the homos. It seems we’re bending over backwards for them these days. My son bailed b/c of the PC baloney and the DADT stuff was coming down the pike. When he was deployed it was dangerous enough having the ragheads shooting at him. He really wasn’t all that interested in lovers quarrels mixed in.

Okay, once again. Article 125 made kinky sex between a heterosexual married couple illegal. Millions of servicemen and women have violated this act.
It needed to be amended. Now if we need a law to prevent bestiality, one can be written.
Interestingly, around half the states don’t have laws against bestiality. Most of us don’t need a law to know that’s wrong. For those that do, the law probably won’t do any good anyway. Might be better off arming the sheep.

And which do you think is foisting this on the military during a time of war? Conservatives or Liberal/Progressives?
What party is pushing this the most?
Think about it and vote your conscience in the voting booth next time.
Sex in the barracks and with animals, who came up with this for the United States Military?

This will make barracks life interesting. I can see some guy bringing in a donkey to the barracks....just to stir up the pot a bit.

Dishonest, sensationalist headlines from the king of hyperventilating hyperbole. Article 125 includes all forms of HETEROSEXUAL contact outside of the missionary position under the heading of "sodomy" and therefore illegal. It just so happens that bestiality is also covered by the same article.
This probably does have its origins in the repeal of DADT, but this headline is intentionally sensationalist in intentionally misleading.
Shame on GB for this, it's as dishonest as simply getting up and telling a bald faced lie. This is why I quit listening to Chicken Little.

Okay, once again, usually if married couples polish or slob on the nob and engage in male on female carpet munching the acts stay inside the bedroom, which is far, far away from the barracks and the work place. Standards were set that ensures proper discipline.
Come Monday morning under the ban, "Dave" does not brag about his oral skills on his wife, because, well, that stuff is usually kept confidential and should be no ones business. I don't see too many SF personnel with flashlights outside married active duty personnel's bedrooms, especially off base, do you?
In the military, every married couple's sexual life is perceived to be one that involves a hole in the sheet which the male puts his penis through in order to perform copulation in the missionary position. That PERCEPTION promotes harmony and order.
Now this stuff will eventually slip into the barracks and create all kinds of havoc between active duty coeds because it is LEGAL. Once you open Pandora's Jar you welcome chaos. Plus
Scooby will be pumping someone for Scooby snacks, how enlightening we have become.
