What gives the President the authority to control industry? This is what I need to know.

Quite right, abcLily.

He has no right, and he’s exceeded his (and his administration’s) authority in every one of the examples I listed. But the fact of it being a usurpation of rights is a hard case to make in a campaign commercial...

...while the simple fact that “Obama’s czar put my employer out of business” is much easier to understand, and I think it will have a real impact on the fall campaign. As it should.

Not only that, but the Obama regime knowingly and actively broke many laws,including bankruptcy laws, in plain sight of the media, and not a single objection from them.

It really is stunning how the media is unabashedly working towards a totalitarian government.
