We just spoke with plaintiff Kevin Powell and he reports Judge Malihi has ruled against the Plaintiffs and stated in his order that Obama was born in Hawaii and therefore Obama is a natural born Citizen.

It is a perfect description of tyranny. It doesn’t matter what the facts are, the dictator’s position is always right no matter how outrageous his actions may be. The judge manipulated the facts to reach his preconceived objective. Even when you default, you win.
The judge should have just dismissed the case outright..That would have been easier to accept than this travesty. o will manufacture an October surprise that will guarantee his re-election..and our final destruction.

No, if they had accepted the default, they wouldn’t have had the opportunity to present any evidence. And they wouldn’t be able to appeal.
The two plaintiffs who stipulated were arguing the definition of NBC. The BC was relevant to their case only in that it legally established Senior as Junior’s father.
They got it right, procedurally.

By stipulating Obama’s being born in Hawaii, he is a natural born citizen. Thus, he qualifies under jus soli.
First, until they detach Obama’s name from their pursuit, it will be dismissed as racial politics, or simply without merit...by both parties.
Second, if you can't convince your allies, you sure as hell won't convince your opponents. Instead of screeeeeching about a conspiracy of silence, places like the Heritage Foundation and other conservative thinkers need to sold on the theory and justification for NBC before it will ever make its way out of the basement.
Nobody stipulated Obama was born in Hawaii. The judge said the evidence had little probabative value.
Irion introduced the COLB and the long-form birth certificate, and stipulated that they were authentic, proof that Obama was born in Hawaii.
When one party stipulates to certain “facts,” the judge considers them as fact agreed upon.
I don’t understand how you see that as my being disingenuous.
I watched ALL the videos of the hearing, I did NOT at any time, see Taitz showing off to the cameras, and frankly, she went to great lengths to establish the background and experience of the witnesses she called to testify in regard to the documents she presented.
I object to your characterization vehemtly.

There’s nothing in the transcripts to support this claim.
The birth certificate was submitted as evidence.
They goal was to take the judgment and keep him off. the court case default would have been the presumption.
The defendant has to set it aside and THERE is where the evidence is argued. The lawyers for the plaintiffs don’t know what they are doing.
The judge says he “considered” it, which he means he used his imagination. Maybe he knows this will be appealed and he wanted to make sure his decision was flawed so a higher court can overturn it.
obama will not be voted out. Even if the unemployment numbers don’t look good, his propaganda media will make it look good. Or they will manufacture some crisis and derail the election if it looks like obama is losing the race!
The only way is for the candidates to expose his ineligibility and prosecute him!

Romney, Gingrich, Santorum need to gang up on Obama and challenge him in public to prove that he was born to 2 US citizens or get out of the WH!
We need to yell out to them at their campaign stops to demand that they expose obama’s ineligibility! There is no time to waste!

Three cases were combined into one hearing. Two of the plaintiffs had different attorneys who wanted absolutely nothing to do with Orly Taitz and were arguing a totally different aspect of eligibility.
The judge rightly ignored Orly’s freak show.
