Naked Girl Eating From Trash Cans Shocks Temecula Neighbors February 18, 2012
Neighbors in Temecula expressed shock after seeing a 12-year-old girl walking naked through a neighborhood and eating out of trash cans.
Neighbors noticed the girl roaming through trash cans looking for food and called 911.
Police arrested the girl's mother, Tracy Betts, shortly after officers, acting on witness tips, searched for the girl Thursday and found her without clothes and sitting in a car parked near Vail Elementary school.
Once they discovered who the girl’s mother was and where she worked, police went to the Vail campus and took Betts into custody.
Betts’ daughter was placed in protective custody and treated at a hospital.

The Slimes doesn’t post pictures of Holder’s people who are perps. Better to keep us guessing. Of course I and many have come to be so cynical that when the Slimes doesn’t post pictures, it is probably a Holder’s People or other “person of color”.

Example: When I was a little kid, there was a little girl that lived across the street from me (say 5-6 years old) that was very weird. She liked to run around the neighborhood with no clothes. Her mother would chase after her carrying a robe screaming at her to come back and the little brat would laugh hysterically as she ran.
Then there was the little freaks that ate bugs and bird shit not because they were hungry, just because they liked it. It had nothing to do with the parents.

Father Nelson Baker who opened an orphanage in Lackawanna, NY is being considered for sainthood. My aunt’s husband was raised in that orphanage along with his two brothers and his sister. Each one left the orphanage at 18 with a good education and a job waiting for them. All became responsible, hardworking members of society.
The orphanage was supported by donations.
High unemployment = “Obama helping people spend more time with their families”

If the kid is mentally ill, she needs to be under care. If not mentally ill, the kid needs taken care of.
Either way, it bothers me.
So don't jump my @$$ with your BS. I didn't offer an opinion. I expressed my emotional reaction to a situation I find wrong, regardless of the reason.
I'm not asking for the government to fix it. My opinion is that private charities should step in.

Good thing the school authorities didn’t notice. They would have made the girl put the food back because it didn’t measure up to standards.
Um - her mom IS a public school teacher.

This child returned to a car and was trying to warm herself with a floor mat. A neighbor had time to observe the child eating from trash, get food for the child and locate her in the car.
There was no mother running after her with a robe, trying to feed her or take her home. It seems this child didn’t run from or laugh at the neighbor.
Obviously if the child was eating from the garbage, she was hungry, hunger takes some time, too. It seems the mom was so little aware, she missed several things that wouldn’t take the average mom much time to notice/correct.
Mostly being—the child is missing.

I am intrigued that you apparently are not bothered by the story.
I suspect the girl is mentally deficient. In a lot of places, they try to “mainstream” such children into ordinary public school, which sometimes works, but much of the time does not.
Mental illness is not fun to watch, and it is very frustrating to try and communicate with someone who looks like they *could* understand, but none of what you are saying is getting through.
It is especially painful when it is intermittent, so they are aware and alert for minutes or hours, and then they aren’t.

I am intrigued that you think you know more than you do. For all we know, the girl ran away and LIKES to crawl around in dumpsters naked. There are some very strange kids out there. They grow up to be strange adults. We have no idea if this girl is a victim or if she is just a nut or just plain ignorant. If she is a victim, we don’t know if her parents are the ones who did it.

Unfortunately, stories like this are not so unusual. Here is one that was discovered just about a week and a half ago in Madison, Wis.
This teen-aged girl was found eating garbage, barefoot and wearing nothing but thin pjs and weighing about 70 lbs. The story of her abuse is horrid. This episode is just the second shoe to drop. (about the stepbrother and the sexual abuse). Previously it was revealed that she was kept locked in the basement and forced to eat her own feces and urine while her step brothers and sister were allowed to live upstairs and lead fairly normal lives.
BTW, it is very cold in WI this time of year, in case you live in FL or Hawaii. sarc/off
I don’t care what this girl may, or may not, have done. She doesn’t deserve to be treated like this. I hope the parents are jailed for the rest of their lives.
