This is enforcement of Sharia in a Pennsylvania court. The attacker supposedly got off because he "is an immigrant and claims he did not know his actions were illegal, or that it was legal in this country to represent Muhammad in any form. To add insult to injury, he also testified that his 9 year old son was present, and the man said he felt he needed to show his young son that he was willing to fight for his Prophet."

Then, Judge Mark Martin, himself a Muslim, told the atheist, Ernest Perce V.:

“Having had the benefit of having spent over 2 and a half years in predominantly Muslim countries I think I know a little bit about the faith of Islam. In fact I have a copy of the Koran here and I challenge you sir to show me where it says in the Koran that Mohammad arose and walked among the dead. I think you misinterpreted things. Before you start mocking someone else’s religion you may want to find out a little bit more about it it makes you look like a dufus and Mr. (Defendant) is correct. In many Arabic speaking countries something like this is definitely against the law there. In their society in fact it can be punishable by death and it frequently is in their society.

Come to think of it, if just wanting the behavior to stop is justifiable, then every murder ever committed would have a justifiable intent.

Hey, at least the Muslims who beheaded Daniel Perle (sp?) weren’t trying to harass him - they just wanted his behavior (living) to stop. Their motives were thus pure.... according to this judge.

So.... as long as you go ahead and kill the person who mocks what you believe in your very core, you are justified (according to this judge).

At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islam is not to convert the world but to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

When Muslims reach 10% of the population, they will increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions (Paris — car-burnings). Any non-Muslim action that offends Islam will result in uprisings and threats (Amsterdam — Mohammed cartoons).

After reaching 20% expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings and church and synagogue burning:

So Mr. Atheist's mistake is that he referenced 'Zombie Mohammad' rather than 'Pedophile Mohammad' ... because he could have made the case for the latter.

Just another case of Judges setting themselves up as 'gods', rather than interpreters of the Law.

I was called to court on truancy charges. My mother and I had been under the impression that we were assigned a public defender, but once we arrived we found out that they had reviewed the charges and decided we were not eligible. My mom was left to defend herself, having never been in court before; she was a nervous mess. At one point I tried to correct a statement she had made, and Judge Martin held his hand up to silence me. I was not allowed to speak for the remainder of the hearing. After each side had given their argument, Judge Martin instantly gave his verdict of guilty. He took no time to make up his mind; in fact, it seemed he had had it made up from the moment we walked into the room. He explained why he had decided so, bringing up a few points that my mother had already clearly explained during her testimony. It was obvious that he hadn’t been listening. He then proceeded to call my mother a “lame, pathetic” and weak parent, which I found to be a wholly unnecessary comment. He showed no sympathy or empathy, nor did he make any attempt to understand our side of the story. I am appalled at how he made my mother feel, and I found his behavior offensive and unprofessional.

Pros: He appeared to be listening (again, I said “appeared”).
Cons: Didn’t actually listen; made hurtful, inappropriate comments
