Thanks for posting. I hope one day to be able to exercise my constitutional right to conceal carry outside my home. As a FReeper who is, at least temporarily, stuck living in the People’s Republic of Maryland I have a direct interest in this case and any subsequent related developments.
That was enjoyable to listen to, because the professor managed the difficult feat of staying very focused on that particular situation and just the needed legal arguments to explain it.
This is not easy, as in this subject, parallel arguments, and judicial appellate and SCOTUS precedents and arguments are all pieces of the puzzle and it is easy to get sidetracked.
