A santorum supporter, who fell for it, sent me the link, livid that Newt and all his supporters have to resort to tricks to get attention, and Santorum, I don’t know, was something or other and wouldn’t ever something or other.. something... I’m just glad he got mad and sent me the article...
Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?
Okey dokey, I love the pic though.
How funny.
The nation is $16 TRILLION DOLLARS IN DEBT, we have hundreds of thousands of Muslims allowed into this country by Obama the past four years, Obama is destroying our military defense and economy from within and you say Santorum is OK because he is a “space filler kind of guy”?
Don’t you think a little more is needed than just a space filler as President?
ok. the 2nd pic tonight I am clueless about... is that rush?
It’s John Belushi.
President Space Filler... he’ll takes up space. this could go viral... :)
... and he never took on the media for badmouthing the troops... ever. Rove said in his book that was the one thing he regretted, advising W not to take on the media over anything because it was a losing proposition.
Huge mistake. The media is the true enemy and we the people know it. Rove is now part of the media and still in the game. He needs to go.
not just huge, but very hurtful.
I see. An American comedian, actor, and musician, best known as one of the original cast members of the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live, according to Google. really looks like rush :)
Thank you for finding this!
You of all people [Newt] understand the greatest victories come from the darkest hour.
Newt often compares himself to the persistent tortoise in Aesop's fable.
To me, that fable, and Newt, represent the difference between
'self-esteem' vs 'selfish steam'
NEWT <-- self-esteem vs selfish steam --> GOPe and Obama
self-esteem --> genuine, individual, God-given growth
selfish steam --> debilitating, lazy, government dependency
oh, wow, I love your whole post. self-esteem, selfish steam, that is so cool. I was just reading the biblegateway link at the end of the article on 1 samuel 14... looks like Jonathan and David were in pretty hopeless straits at the beginning...
oops. jonathan and his armour bearer...
What a terrific Bible story. Thanks for highlighting it.
Just reread I Samuel 14 . Amazing comparison to Newt’s odds.
Jonathan and his armour bearer dove full bore into enemy territory, with complete trust, because it was the right thing to do. Not only were they protected, they were VICTORIOUS.

Last week my DVD from Amazon arrived ~ THE CROSSING
It's a sobering, riveting portrayal of the march Newt speaks of in the above quote. Fantastic flick. We owned in on VHS tape and now have the DVD, it's that good and I plan to view it OFTEN.
This is a really well done, very pretty christmas card from the gingrich campaign this year. It is newt narrating and some lovely historical pictures and nice music. It is very inspiring and peaceful. About delaware and christmas eve.
