As the investigation into the investigation of the killing of Trayvon Martin continues, new facts are beginning to surface, and the Fox affiliate in Tampa Bay found an anonymous witness who spoke to them in George Zimmerman‘s defense, saying he saw the man who was mostly the aggressor in the struggle fall on the grass, dead.
Tampa Bay’s Fox 13 reported that the witness, who agreed only to be identified as “John,” saw the struggle and it was his testimony the police used to let Zimmerman go free (John spoke to Fox 13′s Orlando Affiliate, Fox 35). His statements to the cops were instrumental because Sanford police say those screams you hear,” the anchor notes, are Zimmerman’s and not Martin’s. Says John: “When I got upstairs and looked down, the person that was on top beating up the other guy was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point.”
The police report allegedly included notes of Zimmerman’s shirt being wet and grassy on the back, a sign of struggle. What it also includes, though, according to this report, is an initial assessment of the situation as “manslaughter and unnecessarily killing to prevent an unlawful act,” according to the first police officer on the scene.
This story is far from over as the story develops and Zimmerman’s side comes up to light. Given that the witness is anonymous and the only on-the-record supporters of Zimmerman’s are his parents, his neighbor, and his lawyer, however, a reasonable explanation for his behavior appears quite elusive. The station also compiled Zimmerman’s history of 911 calls, the police report from the night of Martin’s death, and a number of other handy documents to understand the situation.

His dad had taken him over to the fiancee’s (dad’s gf)house to watch the NBA Allstar game.
Trayvon had walked to the 7-11 (.o7 miles away) in the rain to get Skittles for his little brother.
One account has Trayvon’s mother saying Trayvon went to the store because he was bored.
Dad and Trayvon were visitors to the gated community.
That is what I can't understand. Why wait so long?
“Still, Trayvon had nonviolent behavioral issues in school, and on the day he was killed, he had been suspended for 10 days from Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School in North Miami-Dade.
“He was not suspended for something dealing with violence or anything like that. It wasn’t a crime he committed, but he was in an unauthorized area (on school property),” Martin said, declining to offer more details.

While the Zimmerman/Martin ‘white’ on black killing is covered 24/7 on the MSM with an outpouring of rage and charges of a racial hate crime, where is the concern- where is the rage about the home invasion, torture, beating, rape and murder of the elderly white couple by a gang of feral blacks in Oklahoma just last week?
The 90 year old war veteran husband was beaten and his jaw broken. He was shot in the face numerous times with a BB gun and sent to the hospital in critical condition.
The 85 year old partially blind wife was RAPED and then BEATEN TO DEATH.
(She was most likely gang raped numerous times...but we will never know for sure)
Both the husband and wife were weak, having just gotten over the flu.

Interestingly, though shot a mere block from his home, he was apparently unidentified for three days in the morgue, as his parents did not report him missing.

I figured that they had gone to the movies, because they had said they might. So I laid down, thinking they would show up later.”
So, if the father wasn’t home, where was the little brother Trayvon supposedly went to get Skittles for? This explains how the *Trayvon went during NBA Allstar Halftime to buy Skittles for his little brother* (Trayvon dead by 7:17 and the game didn’t start until 7:30pm). The father wasn’t even home. Was little brother left alone? This gets more and more twisted by the moment.

i agree. i feel that while things are ratcheted up against
rush, war on women blah blah,the journolist-type cabal,who
are probably always on the lookout for such opportunities,
figured this was close enough and wanted to capitalize on the timing and got it going.
also, after piecing together all this info, i get the feeling zimmerman was heading back to his car as he was instructed after trying to find out if the kid was legit or
al least keep him moving if he wasn.
the martin kid likely felt ‘dissed’ as is common with that
age group, especially while talking to his girl, and decided
he could put a little beatdown on the guy, not considering the possibility of the gun. zimmerman walking away gave him
the sense of getting back in control.
but its just a theory, from a couch commando! LOL
