I have read that you can judge your success in life by the stature of the enemies you have made.

Obozo has directly tried to punish and silence Sheriff Joe.

Sheriff Joe is the real deal. And he is smart. He is pursuing this better than anyone else. He may actually get results. The previous problem has been denial by the court of the cases due to lack of standing. The Sheriff has pursued this on the basis that documents were forged and whoever forged them broke the law. Not a direct assault on Obozo, but will accomplish the same thing if the forger is identified. I suspect they currently have a good idea who did it.

Will put down this link which more or less tells everything that Mike Zullo, Sheriff Joe’s lead Investigator, related to us this afternoon. Too much detail for me to put down about what they did and how they went about determining that Barack Obama’s BC is an absolute forgery. Also tells here about Obama’s Selective Service card which they believe is forged.

Most is about the same as many FReepers have already determined as to the specifics of the forgeries.

The one inkling that I got was that Mike Zullo stated that they have a pretty good idea who produced the forged BC and that they intend to start with finding the person who actually put the forged paper BC online and work backward from there and hopefully the trail will lead them back to the real instigators who started the whole BC scam.

azishot...your question was answered. Mike said that this is still a very much ongoing investigation and not until it is concluded will Sheriff Joe decide what and who to give the findings to.

Also, all Reps were notified and invited to attend but only my Rep., Judy Burges, attended. No one from the media was there to my knowledge...not one reporter. Mike told us and so did Sheriff Joe, that they are up against a brick wall trying to get this information out to the American citizenry...no one will touch it!

Now some interesting news about our meeting. There were well over 1000 great citizens attending. The Church was filled to fire code and many had to be turned away as there was just no where to put them. I believe everyone that qualified signed the petition.

About the petition..It will be presented Monday to a State Senator and to a State Representative, and hopefully these two will get the Resolution to the floor for a vote in both Houses. This Resolution will BYPASS the Gov. The Resolution will request the AZ State Legislature, in conjunction with our Sec. of State, Ken Bennett’s office, take action requesting the Democratic National Committee (Debbie Wasserman Schultz), provide documentation satisfactory to Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the Cold Case Posse, the AZ Legislature and the AZ Sec. of State’s office to attempt to validate Barack H. Obama’s placement on the Arizona 2012 ballot. I believe the Resolution will also state that a private citizen will have “Standing” to challenge any candidate that he or she believes does not meet the qualifications of a particular office they may be running for.

As of this moment, AZ has no law in regards to vetting a candidate...none, and I believe he said that pertains to the whole Country! The Constitution is the only “vetting” we have and we all know how that worked out.

Representative Carl Seel introduced House Bill 2480 and said that 17 members of the Senate support the Bill and it’s been through Committee, but he’s getting mixed messages from a couple, incl. the Leader of the Senate. Said it is dead unless the Sen. sees fit to bring it up on Monday. Hopefully, with over a 1000 signatures from AZ citizens, our State Sen. will see fit to bring this to a vote!

Sheriff Joe has asked for a Congressional Investigation. Guess we’ll see what happens there?

So, that’s it and I suggest you all go to the link above and it will give you the same as what was talked about today, except Mike went into great detail on the specifics of how they did things to prove the “papers” (for that is all that they are, papers and not documents), forgeries.

Advertising guy, if you attended, perhaps you can remember something more of interest to all here...and sorry we didn’t meet, but who would have thought we’d have such a huge crowd! :o)

One other thing I forgot to mention.. they had a meeting with Trump, and said how gung-ho he was on this issue, then how Trump just all of a sudden dropped it like a hot potato. They thought Trump’s action (or inaction) from that point on was just as curious as we here thought it was.

I don't care about the birth certificate. Sheriff Joe claims to have evidence that Obama falsified his Selective Service registration. This is a crime and Joe Arpaio is a law enforcement official. He has the power to subpoena documents and witnesses.

The Selective Service people denied his request to see the original document. Does that surprise you? The documents are not in AZ, so he cannot force the Feds to cough them up.

So, what is your problem. He is doing as well as anyone in pursuing this. Even Lord Monckton mentioned his interview with Sheriff Joe and the findings of his cold case posse.

You seem to be insinuating the Sheriff and his posse are either deceiving us with this evidence or that they don’t have the guts to pursue Obama. Am I reading you correctly?

The forgeries the posse presented are pretty self evident. Any weekend detective can observe the same defects that the posse found so I don’t see any deception on that front.

On the second point (guts), you would have to be a fool to believe that Sheriff Joe isn’t sticking his neck waaaay out on this effort. This is the proverbial David vs. Goliath story and the President has all the power and control in this fight. Just as the proverb, the Sheriff must carefully consider exactly where to strike.

I personally think Joe has taken a tactical approach but faces a major challenge in getting any federal law enforcement to engage. The only way to get this moving is to initiate a ground swell of public opinion. His approach of appearing on any radio/tv/web venue that will hear him is part of this strategy. And the press conferences to present ongoing efforts is another part of this strategy.

I believe the President would be very unwise to underestimate the Sheriff. But Obama is a very proud and arrogant guy, so I’m praying that he does exactly that. And so far, you appear to have underestimated him too.

I’ve now watched just shy of the first hour of the conference, and although I had watched the 80 minute piece that WND put up on the earlier conference (you know, the day Breitbart got it), I didn’t notice until this time around that the sample document in the “Optimization” segment of the presentation is a page on Article II of the Constitution.

(1) Regarding the Selective Service registration: It was pointed out by Mike Zullo that if O didn't register for Selective Service, he is by law barred from holding any position on the government payroll, i.e., failure to register with Selective Service - and just that - makes him ineligible for President.

(2) The Cold Case Posse asked the feds for the documents of persons processed by INS entering the US in 1961, the year Obama was purportedly born. Amazingly, the relevant documents are available on microfilm for that time frame, but somehow the microfilm roll(s) for the first 9 days(?) of August are the only ones missing.

(3) Sheriff Arpaio's office made a written request to Selective Service for O's original draft registration or to make arrangements to study it. The request was brushed off and they were told to go to the FBI.

This was all stated on March first except maybe that failure to register with Selective Service would make him ineligible to hold public office, as if fraud wouldn't also make him ineligible.
