Dear Friend: Thank you for contacting me regarding President Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States. I welcome your thoughts and comments.
The White House has responded to questions on this subject by making public a copy of the President’s birth certificate. To the best of my knowledge, there is no current government inquiry into the validity of that document.
I remain very concerned about the direction in which President Obama is continuing to try to take our country. From skyrocketing federal deficits, to the legislation that authorizes a government takeover of our health care sector, to the series of hugely expensive and counterproductive programs the administration has put in place in the name of creating jobs and growing our economy, my view is that President Obama has offered the wrong solutions and ineffective leadership for our problems.
In 2010, voters elected a Republican majority in the U.S. House of Representatives, which deprives President Obama of virtually automatic Congressional support for his programs. This has brought the President’s legislative agenda to a halt. Yet rolling back bad policies and repealing wrong-direction legislation depends on the results of the upcoming 2012 national elections: whether American voters will elect President Obama to a second term, and whether Republicans or Democrats will control the House of Representatives and Senate.

The first thing people need to realize is that the government does not want whats best for you, at all.
NUMBERS USA reported that she was working with Senator Rubio on a new type of amnesty bill. How concerned over the direction of the country could she be?
Did you ask for her to state her position on eligibility of admitted dual nationals? Those born of a father who had the right to make him into a British subject?
A majority of Americans doubt the validity of the birth certificate. Are the Senators afraid to look into eligibility....or are they too busy exploiting the latest insider financial information?
Apparently, Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, “Hutchison in pants,” will succeed her with little obstacle.
Inhofe (R) - Oklahoma responded that B.O. was “natural- born”..... because he was born in Hawaii.... and that is the “common interpretation” of the Constitution....

That was my first thought. With all due respect to Senator Hutchinson, most of the country knows by now that the birth certificate Obama released to the public and posted to the White House website is a an outright fraud. Any amateur graphics person examining the document can ascertain within a very short while that it is a Photoshopped document. As well as the legitimate investigation by Maricopa County, Arizona’s Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse that found that the document is a forgery.
My question is, if this is common knowledge to the public, where are our congressional “leaders” who should be “leading” on this issue? Seems that the Congress, and certainly the Justice Department, are lax and late coming to the party. This needs to be investigated and not be dismissed by typical political pandering rhetoric that there is “currently no government inquiry” into the issue. The key question is why not?

You could ask her to comment on Sheriff Joe’s Inquiry about Obama’s Long Form Birth Certificate Posted on the White House web site which is a “Fraud”. Also Obama’s Selective Service Card is Forged!!....... This is an Inquiry that Congress & the MSM will not address!!

No government inquiry? Is an Arizona County Sheriff not a form of “government”?
I called my Senators and rep specifically asking when they were going to have Congressional hearings about Arpaio’s findings of probable cause for forgery and fraud involving Obama’s BC and draft registration.
That was quite a while ago and I’ve only heard back from Johanns - a form letter about eligibility in general, including “Currently, I see no evidence that would indicate President Obama is not a U.S. citizen.”
I immediately called back and said that the letter did not address my specific questions. As I proceeded to re-ask my question the guy found what had been typed into the computer regarding my call. It was all there; they had just chosen to ignore everything I had said about why the feds have jurisdiction and why these CRIMES need to be investigated.
His staffer said that this is basically none of Johanns’ business because he’s not on Issa’s committee. I said excuse me but if the only people who get any representation on the issue of government ethics and crimes are the people who live in Darrell Issa’s district, then I am being taxed without representation which is what we fought a war over...
I’m supposed to wait for a more specific response, and I said my specific questions are, “Will you be contacting Darryl Issa’s office to demand hearings on Arpaio’s findings and the appointment of an independent prosecutor? Why or why not?” I said I wanted something from Johanns in writing explaining why this does or does not matter to him.
It’s been about 3 weeks...
I followed up with an email asking why there was no inquiry. I then emailed again asking why no Senator has brought up that the appointment of Clinton as Secretary of State is unconstitutional according to Art 1 Sec 6 para 2. Still waiting for a response on that one.
I guess our elected officials don’t like the fact that we Americans can read the Constitution. Maybe they should try it sometime.

That is virtually the identical response I got from here when I made the same inquiry about 1.5 years ago... move on...nothing to see here....”I know NOTHING”... No one in Washington has the fortitude to touch this. Now if Obama was a Republican you can bet your bippie things would be in full impeachment mode !!
