To be exact, the shameful truth is that 93% of African-American murders are committed by other African-Americans. That is breathtakingly awful when you consider how incensed the African-American community is about the Trayvon tragedy, no matter what you believe about Zimmerman’s guilt.

Let’s do the gruesome math, not out of morbidity, but because it manifests the incredible self-centered insanity of people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton.

8,000-9,000 African-Americans are murdered each year.

93% of them by other African-Americans.

The black male homicide rate from 1999 to 2007 of 41.4 per 100,000 was ELEVEN TIMES the white homicide rate of 3.7. For males aged 20 to 24, the astonishing black male homicide rate of 109.4 is SEVENTEEN TIMES the white male homicide rate of just 6.3. Also relevant is that 93% of black homicides are committed by other black people. These are the FACTS.

The TRUTH is that collectively black males are more violent, more murderous, more dangerous than white, Asian, hispanic, or native American males. The TRUTH is that for every black male killed by a non-black male, THIRTEEN are killed by a black male. The TRUTH is that black males are their own worst enemy.

Using FBI statistics for 2010...

6,470 blacks were murdered, as were 6,043 whites. 94% of blacks were killed by blacks, and 85% of whites were killed by whites.

94% of 6,470 is 6,082. That is 16.66 per day, or 783 in the last 47 days. And 50 blacks killed by non-blacks in 47 days.

It’s even worse than that. If blacks make up 12% of the population, about half of those are female, and some are small children, middle-aged and older people who don’t commit as many crimes. So what percentage of the population is black males aged, say, 15-40?

Those murderers weren’t doing it for racial reasons, so it’s ok. A better statistic to have is the number of black on white murders nationwide. Then, of those, how many were pure hatred attacks, versus robbery and general mayhem. Probably a significant number. Also, the number or armed or violent attacks on whites by blacks versus whites on whites, in which it might be understood why some white people are fearful in the presence of some black youths.

I live in VA Beach, VA, and here it's more like 90% of the murders and other violent crimes are committed by blacks.

Looks like Blacks have put the Klan out of business. The last few old Klan members (like the late Robert C. Byrd) finally just hung their heads in shame and gave up when they realized that blacks were far, far better at killing other blacks than the Klan had ever been.

Do you mean the “sons” that were killed or the “sons” that killed his other “sons”.

This hypocrisy and irrational, racist, fear and hate mongering is what bothers me most about the reaction to the Martin case.

An honest, rational person, who doesn’t know all the facts, might feel that Zimmerman was wrong. But no, honest, rational person could ever argue that “black men and boys” are “under attack” by white racists, when the statisitics show that black men are killing other black people at an alarming rate, while white on black murders are very rare.
