That said, you and I share something in common — I’m a yooper as well. I grew up in Iron Mountain, went to MTU for a trimester, and graduated from NMU. While at NMU, I lived in Ishpeming. I had a freezer full of pasties. That’s what helped me through undergrad. With ketchup, not gravy, of course.
You know, I don’t know what happened. I’m just guessing. I’d also make a wild guess and say Zimmermann also felt like his life was being threatened and shot the kid in self-defense.
