The amazing thing to me about our Governor, is that as lousy as he has been, he is a potential aspirant for the Presidency-——or he thinks he is.
He has robbed every fund ever set aside in Maryland and spent more time looking for new ways to tax us than any previous Govenor in the history of the state.
