From The Western Center for Journalism in a piece entitled, "Spanish Company Will 'Count' American Votes Overseas In November,' they state the following in this excerpt:
"When the Spanish online voting company SCYTL bought the largest vote processing corporation in the United States, it also acquired the means of manufacturing the outcome of the 2012 election. For SOE, the Tampa based corporation purchased by SCYTL in January, supplies the election software which records, counts, and reports the votes of Americans in 26 states-900 total jurisdictions-across the nation.
And if that doensn't make you squirm, George Soros is closely associated with one of Obama's biggest contributors who, himself, is involved with SCYTL, the company that is going to count the votes!!

This is just so hard to fathom that I find myself almost immune to feeling about this kind of thing. A company from Spain will decide America’s presidential election? If I could complete the term WT_? I would.
Coming from Ron Paul’s website, I take this with a serious grain of salt. States tally and report their own votes. Obamao cannot dictate anything to a state’s electoral commission.
Reason number 3,564,652,321 that voting for anyone but Obama won’t matter.
It’s not who votes. It’s who counts the votes that determines the winner.
This is BS. I don’t know how other states conduct their elections, but in PA it is all in house. Poll workers take the vote tabulations from their machines to the county seats, BY HAND, to be tabulated in the official record and then that info is sent to Harrisburg for the official tally to be recorded by the Secretary. At no point does the information go to Spain or even farther East than Trenton, NJ.
This is tin foil hat stuff.

Pretty much so. It is a Ron Paul website quoting a blog, quoting another blog. No matter how deep down that rabbit hole you get, you can't find a legit source on this. At that, the sources get less and less credible.
The key point of debunking though is exactly what you said, the WH doesn't have a say in vote counting procedures or process. That is a state by state issue. This may be true in an individual state or two, but not on the national level.

there are no coincidences in politics. The timing of this, just before 2012 election, seems a political maneuver. It doesnt leave much time for states to find other options. Wonder if Soros SOS project has any connection to the commissioning of this company.

And growing.As local election results funnel through SOE's servers (typically before they reach the public elsewhere), those who run the computer servers for SOE essentially get "first look" at results and the ability to immediately and privately examine vote details throughout the USA.
Looks like a states issue to me. If I were living in one of those states, I would be contacting my congressmen about what they are up to farming out this job.

That is a marketing release that is being read into too much. Read again, they aren’t saying they are the ‘sole provider’, what they are claiming is their solution is the only one that ‘truly protects the privacy of voters’. They are selling their product, nothing more.
That is like Burger King saying they are the only place that offers 100% Angus Beef. That isn’t BK saying they are the only hamburger joint.
Way too many blogs need to learn to read the difference between something like this, which is just boilerplate advertising, and an actual event that happens.
The reason Soros and his allies want to influence the elections for a state office few people understand or care about is because in most states the secretary of state is the chief elections officer.the SoS Project still takes credit for electing “11 of 18 election reform candidates in key states like Minnesota” since it began funding candidates in 2006. “Winning in these states has made a difference already, and now we’re gearing up for more wins in 2012,” the group’s website declares.
