In case you missed it, the presidential campaign is underway. How do we know? That’s a good point, actually, because the incumbent has been campaigning non-stop ever since his last campaign ended. But TV ads are rolling out, so this must indicate a new phase, at least, if not the starting point. What, you may ask, is President Barack Obama pointing to as his great accomplishment?
