Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett is threatening to keep President Obama’s name off the state’s ballot in November unless he receives confirmation from Hawaii that it has a valid birth certificate on file for him.
Bennett, who spoke to (Arizona radio host Mike Broomhead) Thursday, said he requested the confirmation eight weeks ago and has not gotten it. Hawaii, he said, does not have to supply a certified copy of the birth certificate, merely send him an email confirming that it has one.
Asked by Broomhead if he would remove Obama’s name from the ballot if Hawaii fails to comply, Bennett said: “That’s possible. Or the other option would be that I would ask all the candidates, including the president, to submit a certified copy of their birth certificate.”
Despite overwhelming evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii, the issue of his birth continues to dog him. Thursday, (Breitbart Big Government reported) on a promotional booklet by Obama’s own literary agency listing him as having been born in Kenya.

They would accept an "email confirming that they have one (a valid file-copy of Obama's BC)? Sheesh! That's an awfully low bar for Hawaii to meet. I mean haven't they aready said as much in public. How much worse can it be if the keeper of records just shoots an email?

Ha Ha!! ...and here in the state of Oregon, if I am pulled over, I do not not have to produce a drivers license. I just tell the cop “don’t worry, I have one”.
If he’s not then they can turn out all they like with no one to vote for!

One would think so. However, it’s one thing for various Hawaiian officials to say Obama was born in Hawaii, it’s quite another to attest to same as part of an official election inquiry from another state. If they are smart they will realize his biography is slowly unraveling and that anyone who lies on his behalf could face criminal charges. When the truth is finally known, the top-level colluders like Nancy Pelosi will rush to point fingers at unknowns from Hawaii.

Bennett is a good pal of Arpaio. Bennett wants to run for governor next time. It has been eight weeks since his request was made. No response yet despite the low bar.
The problem for Hawaii is that some official will have to sign his or her name to such a certification making him/her legally liable if subsequent investigations find this to be false.
Arpaio's Cold Case Posse has said the WH released BC is a forgery. They have said that they have identified a person of interest in this case. Perhaps. Bennett and Arpaio are working together. They want Hawaii to provide a simple certification signed by an official, which they can then use to pursue criminal charges. The longer Hawaii waits to provide this simiple certification, the more suspect all of this becomes.
I wonder why no one in Hawaii officialdom is stepping up?
