Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett is threatening to keep President Obama’s name off the state’s ballot in November unless he receives confirmation from Hawaii that it has a valid birth certificate on file for him.
Bennett, who spoke to (Arizona radio host Mike Broomhead) Thursday, said he requested the confirmation eight weeks ago and has not gotten it. Hawaii, he said, does not have to supply a certified copy of the birth certificate, merely send him an email confirming that it has one.
Asked by Broomhead if he would remove Obama’s name from the ballot if Hawaii fails to comply, Bennett said: “That’s possible. Or the other option would be that I would ask all the candidates, including the president, to submit a certified copy of their birth certificate.”
Despite overwhelming evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii, the issue of his birth continues to dog him. Thursday, (Breitbart Big Government reported) on a promotional booklet by Obama’s own literary agency listing him as having been born in Kenya.

Obama was on the ballot in Arizona. If he was on it fraudulently, that fraud happened in Arizona.
The original post was about an official in Hawaii defrauding an official from Arizona. The fraud occurred where it was perpetrated and the victim was in another State. That interstate attribute makes it a Federal crime.

The SoS of AZ now has no choice. Barack Hussein Obama, Jr, (or II) must be removed from the ballot. If this AZ fellow needs another excuse, the fact that BHO, Jr. was forcd off the Illinois Bar for neglecting to reveal aliases, among other lapses, really ought to be all the excuse the AZ man needs to remove him from the ballot.
We actually have no LEGAL idea who the guy is.
Can the AZ governor issue an exec order mandating that proof of eligibility be shown before a name can appear on the ballot?
I know that many people change their signatures as they get older, but the two Obama signatures look so different to me that they look like two different persons signed the two documents.
I wish that we could find a sample of Obama's signature from Obama's high school or his college days so that we could compare it to his 1980s Selective Service signature.
NOTE: Girlfriends: I wonder if one of Obama's past girlfriends---the ones we recently read about---would have a sample of Obama's signature, say, on a card or a love letter.
Is there a copy of Obama's 2011 or 2012 Arizona presidential application form on the internet?
I dunno the answer to that. I’ve got a call into our Texas SOS’s office to ask some questions...don’t know what kind of answer I’ll get.
It’s just a wait and see what happens in Arizona. I hope their SOS has the guts to see it through and use every piece of his authority to do so.
