I have a very small public footprint on purpose and won’t be outside to be seen by anyone. I expect govn. workers will be overwhelmed by needy people. If I have to go outside to appear “needy”, I will, but think I will be overlooked. “Nothing to see here, move on.”
At first the authorities will be too busy. Shortly after they will go house to house looking for people who need ‘help’.
Or it may be for hoarders, weapons dealers, or a host of other anti-social behaviors.
