Heh. Can’t get a ONE past you can I? I am glad to say he doesn’t work for the VA anymore. But I really was afraid he’d pull something. I haven’t spoken with him since he called me a couple nights before the election in ‘08 to gloat about Obama and all the Dem gains in Congress. The last thing I said to him was, “Tom, prepared to be very disappointed.”
I was just discussing with another Freeper a guy I worked with some time back who was a flaming lib nutcase. Let me assure you from personal experience that that mentality is totally on par with a significant portion of liberals.
I’m all for aiding a fellow human in life threatening distress. Other than that, libs can make due. However you have to understand just how deep their hatred is. They are no different than any of the tyrants throughout history who killed or subjugated anyone who was different from themselves for the crime of BEING different from themselves.

Yes. Our practice here is that when quoting the DUmmies and they use the "f" word (which is about every third post), we substitute asterisks for some of the letters, to wit: "f***," "f***ers," "f***in'," and the like. It captures the ambience without the offending vulgarity.

Well, as a pastor, I am familiar with human sin in just about every manifestation--and I myself am guilty of plenty of it. One thing I have never done, though, in my entire life is to let the "f" word come out of my mouth. I've said "d*mn" and "sh*t," but never "f***." It shows a poor vocabulary, if nothing else.
I think what happened was the first post mentioned that the poster might like living in a fascist country and that set the tone..It is early days for the thread it still got 8 recs..
I have seen some others threads suggesting it was racism as no reporter would do it to a white president..

Believe it, this is real. I have a neighbor who is a psychotherapist at the nearby VA hospital in Houston. He occassionaly goes into rants that anyone who owns a business is an oppressor who belongs in prison. I would bet a paycheck that he gives his patients some heavy head trip that they are “war criminals”. These are the people we will be up against when CW2 goes hot. When, not if.
