It now appears the worst fears of the U.S. Constitution’s framers were well founded as investigators working on behalf of the ongoing investigation into the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama have found yet another lead in a growing mountain of evidence within the public records section of the British National Archives indicating the occurrence of at least four vital events registered to the name of Barack Obama, taking place in the British Protectorate of East Africa (Kenya) between 1953 and 1963, including the birth of two sons before 1963.
The record of birth of a second son prior to Kenyan independence is significant because biographical information about Obama’s family indicates Obama Sr. fathered only one other son prior to Obama II’s birth.
The books containing hand written line records of vital events attributed to Obama are contained in Series RG36 of the Family Records section in the Kew branch of the BNA. The hand written line records first discovered in 2009, indicate several events were registered to the name Barack Obama (appears to be handwritten and spelled “Burack” and “Biraq”) beginning in 1953 and include two births recorded in 1958 and 1960, a marriage license registration in 1954 and a birth in 1961. Barack Obama is said to have died in 1982 and had married at least once more in Kenya and had at least one more child in 1968, but no record of these were found in the BNA because, according to the Archives’ desk reference, the events occurred after Kenya achieved independence from British colonial rule in 1963.
To date, Barack Obama II is the only known alleged son of Obama Sr. born after 1960 and before the independence of Kenya became official in 1963.

It’s so unbelievable that out of 50 states, not a single one of them demanded a shred of evidence to put him on the ballot, even thought there was a mountain of circumstantial evidence warranting it. You would think with all of the cases pending against Obama during his 2008 campaign that at least 1 or more secretaries of state would have been obligated to at least ask for his credentials.

From some reason, this point has eluded me in the past but now it make sense. Since Obama was born in Kenya either Obama Sr. "literally hadn't gotten the memo" yet since Dunham was in Kenya-to-Seattle without him OR he realized that the child being born in Kenya made the child a Kenyan citizen not an American citizen. Mentioning the child would hurt him more than help him on his INS forms.
This is a good point. BHO Sr. failing to attempt to exploit having a US citizen child...might mean he was fully aware that the child was Kenyan-born. In this narrative, BHO Sr. either did not yet know of the birth in late August or saw no advantage in trying to exploit it, especially given the dubious nature of the HI marriage to Stanley Ann.
Somebody tell me if I’m understanding this correctly. What was found was line entries showing that Barack Sr. registered the births of his children, including one in 1961. Without seeing the actual records (which Hillary apparently arranged to be inaccessible) we can’t know whether the birth was registered as a Kenyan birth or a Hawaiian birth. Because Obama Jr would be a Kenyan citizen either way, he would have to register either way.

Is it possible another clerk, many years later when presented the Kenyan BC simply filled in information from it? AfriKan was the term used in Kenya for a person of one of the native tribes and SR would have qualified for that.....FRmail coming your way.

The first male (Malik?) child could have been registered by his first wife (Keiza?) or hospital if he was not born in a hut somewhere.

Very early on thought the term “Afrikan” came from a forwarded copy of the Kenyan BC, possibly though the DOS. The address used on the BC would assure his grandparents received the copy.
Good posibility that legal formalities messed up the families intentions.

The Dr listed in Lucas BC was a neighbor of SR. (Sr family were not poor goat herders. Had some position.) His daughter is currently a judge in Kenya. She attended the same school as the missionaries I was originally told were involved in BO’s birth.
Remember a family member was employed by missionaries and Sr got his preparation and possible college financial support because of his relationship with a single missionary woman from Texas. She at least gave him employment in Kenya.

You are correct a BC would/was generated, registered by a birth at that hospital...Add to that:.The family were not a bunch of poor goat herders but were quite urbane. SADO would not have wanted to have a child in a hut without medical care...A bit spoilt.

Tim Adams affidavit, like the Ayers’ postman’s affidavit, is hearsay and is inadmissible in court, IIRC.
Adams was a low level clerk supervisor without personal access or knowledge of HI BC records. His testimony is “she said” or “they said” with no documentation.
In combination with other evidence and were he to name names as to who said what perhaps a criminal investigator or grand jury could get those folks with access to the HI archive to give sworn testimony, but that hasn’t happened, yet on the record other than HI officials issuing statements crafted by lawyers stating that there is an HI birth record.
Thanks for the ping... I’ve been requesting that Her Majesty the Queen release any files that the British Empire has in keeping regarding “Obama, jr.”. That would include information obtained in any MI6 (or then, MI5) investigations on Barack Obama, Sr. who had ties to the emerging leaders when Britain let go of their Kenyan Colony. They, no doubt, have not only information in regards to any British citizenship passed automatically from Sr., to Jr. - but, would also have more information about his mother, and her family as well. Obama’s father was a threat to the British government in Kenya. There was a specific reason the Churchill bust was removed from the White House, and that Obama and his wife were behaving ignorantly when it came to respect for the Queen and England’s customs when they visited.
Still, I would renew my calls for the Queen, and MI6 to disclose information that is vital to our nation’s national security. If the government won’t do the right thing about it, then tell the military, and then tell the people... We need some rock-hard solid backup from our allies on this one, IMO.

I should add that I have been “requesting” for the Queen and MI6 to release records - I started talking about that before Obama was even elected back in early 2008, at least.
Also, perhaps Lord Monckton III could get access to certain British documents? I would hope Sheriff Joe’s investigators spoke to him about that when they met a while back.
