It now appears the worst fears of the U.S. Constitution’s framers were well founded as investigators working on behalf of the ongoing investigation into the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama have found yet another lead in a growing mountain of evidence within the public records section of the British National Archives indicating the occurrence of at least four vital events registered to the name of Barack Obama, taking place in the British Protectorate of East Africa (Kenya) between 1953 and 1963, including the birth of two sons before 1963.
The record of birth of a second son prior to Kenyan independence is significant because biographical information about Obama’s family indicates Obama Sr. fathered only one other son prior to Obama II’s birth.
The books containing hand written line records of vital events attributed to Obama are contained in Series RG36 of the Family Records section in the Kew branch of the BNA. The hand written line records first discovered in 2009, indicate several events were registered to the name Barack Obama (appears to be handwritten and spelled “Burack” and “Biraq”) beginning in 1953 and include two births recorded in 1958 and 1960, a marriage license registration in 1954 and a birth in 1961. Barack Obama is said to have died in 1982 and had married at least once more in Kenya and had at least one more child in 1968, but no record of these were found in the BNA because, according to the Archives’ desk reference, the events occurred after Kenya achieved independence from British colonial rule in 1963.
To date, Barack Obama II is the only known alleged son of Obama Sr. born after 1960 and before the independence of Kenya became official in 1963.

If any of the people who put this story together are reading this they will be laughing their heads off, the ruse worked, they blended two women to create the myth of SAD as mother, they knew that Frank Marshall Davis, through the machinations of his contacts working in Hawaii for THE PROTECTION OF THE FOREIGN BORN had successfully persuaded the kenyan student to trade the name of his child for a Harvard education, found a way to get the birth announcements in the papers, and assisted SAD to obtain custody of an unidentified child so she could take him to Indonesia...but something went terribly wrong in Indonesia, and he was sent back parentless and stateless, and probably with his false identification in tatters.
I remember that Opiyo means the oldest of twins and that Roman(ov?) Obama attended Patrice Lumumba “Friendship” University in the USSR, the communist school that William Patterson, mentor of Frank Marshall Davis, helped to found. (That’s a joke about Romanov Obama—his name is Roman.)

A bit of digging reveals that it is pretty tough to find when Obama’s half-brother David Ndesandjo died; some sites put it at 1987. So in the span of several pages, we have an anedote from 1983 (when Obama tells the guard he is 22), his half-brother’s death (at age 25-26?), and a reference to Kemp (which couldn’t have happened before Obama was 28).

There aren’t any instructions in the 1st picture.
The second picture contains a declaration and a set of instructions. The instructions in the second picture instruct the applicant to strike out the name of anyone included on the original passport who has naturalized in a foreign state.
Any unbiased person can see Obama’s mother struck his name off her renewal application because he naturalized in a foreign state.
And finally, we have confirmation Obama, formerly known as “Barry”, the son of Lolo Soetoro, was identified in as Barry Soetoro, Indonesian National, in a Catholic school record.
Later, Obama was taken into Federal protective custody and placed in the U.S. Federal foster care system because he entered a U.S Port of Entry as an Unaccompanied Minor. Only minors with foreign nationality are placed in the U.S. Federal foster care system.
The evidence is clear and convincing to anyone with an open mind Obama became a foreign national when he moved to Indonesia. Some FReepers will never be convinced Obama was a foreign national living in the U.S. from 1971 to 1983.

The “Blaine BC” proved to be a hoax (stray signature strokes outside whited-out areas tied to a known different BC used as a template). But the Blaine BC shows what the true original might have looked like, IMO, sufficient to trigger the entries in the newspaper.
Only a few changes would need to be made to convert a registration of a Kenyan birth by grandparents with an Honolulu address for their HI resident daughter over to a registration of a Kapiolani Hospital birth. The mother and father are the same and the baby is the same, but only the birth location and witnesses are different along with notations that this was a foreign birth.
Thanks to FReeper Danae and her proving that an original 1961 BC could be obtained which the White House knew would be published in Corsi’s impending book on April 27, 2011, Barry's legal team knew they had to come up with a Danae-like, Nordyke-like BC image dated 1961. We have the forged end-product, but we don't know what they started with.
The simple answer is what Tim Adams said and what Neil Abercommie either could find, NOTHING. Everything else is just pure spin and speculation!!!
Which document? By whom? The Bomford forgers or those who believe they have exposed the Bomford forgers?
The paragraph starts with “It is now supported by the evidence discovered in the BNA...” It says evidence was discovered, NOT that a document in the BNA was accessed.
As you pointed out, the February 1964 date of the CCBR was particularly seductive for “birthers” because it matched the date when a BC might have been requested for the divorce at that time and could be imagined to be to the missing page 11 which is protected and would be withheld under HI privacy.
If a genuine Kenyan CCBR was created in Feb 1964 it was probably created by a clerk taking the bound volume of 1961 births off the shelf and typing the data into a standard UK CCBR form that looked a lot like the Australian version.
What the Daily Pen article researchers may have found (the “evidence discovered”) is an image of the original data contained in that Kenya Colony bound volume for 1961 births, and they may have found that almost all of the data matched the Bomford forgery (particular name of father's village, etc) except that the Australian series of registration numbers and other Australian-type Bomford CCBR registrar data were substituted in the fake CCBR image.
Hopefully there will be new updates with more information.

I don't buy that. It's my experience that if you have NO bona fide entry papers, you would be denied entry and deported. In 1961 the INS were very very strickt to let anyone illegals in!!!
So they know nothing, saw nothing and can tell us nothing.
And there’s another possibility. When information was being gathered BY THE BOMFORDS for the Bomford Family geneaology website, one of their relatives in the UK visited the archives and requested information.
Methinks the Daily Pen, although well-meaning, jumped the gun on this one.
Do you know HOW he was shipped to Hawaii???
