A growing number of alternative media publications are now claiming that an unidentified man in an October 2011 photograph of an Occupy Wall Street (OWS) protester getting carted off by law enforcement officials in New York is of none other than the Colorado Killer, James Holmes.

It could only be him and the only possibility is that Obama and Holder removed the record or Holmes’ arrest prior to the Colorado shooting.

That's my main problem with this story. My second big problem is that I've seen this story at least 20 times on FR with a clear inference that it's some sort of proof that Holmes is OWS.
As you point out, San Diego isn't New York and this photo isn't proof of anything - unless someone can show that Holmes was in NY in the time-frame of the incident in the photo. I doubt if that is the case but you never know.

could be why the case got sealed very quickly. That arrest would have shown up as soon as they ran his id.
If that’s not The Joker in that pic than someone else surely knows who that guy is. We need to find out who it is in that pic. Shouldn’t be that difficult to find out.

That there isn’t enough proof it is Holmes in the picture is true, but it has not been debunked. We do not know if it is him or not.
Might be Holmes, that’s not what’s been debunked. Those are not San Diego Police uniforms.

They left the area on 9/11 ~ took their taxicabs with them too.
Took the cops a week or so to figure out where they'd live, and then we had 24/7 federal and state cops around here for several years ~ waiting on one of them to come back for something.
At least one did and he was shot dead on a basketball court by some Afghans.

There is a little more to this story. A man called into the Mike Rosen radio show on 850 KOA. The man said he was producing a documentary of the OWS movement in Denver. He also said he was “almost positive” that he had interviewed the shooter in the past and had photos of him. He said he was working with Aurora Police, going through his records looking for the interview and photos.
Rosen was quite interested and got the man’s phone number off-air in order to follow up. I haven’t heard anymore about this, but will check around.

Off subject, but I went to that blog and they also have a film of Obama really drunk, even staggering and admitting it. Can you imagine if Bush was caught skunk drunk like that!!!
