What, are they expecting attacks on the radar stations (some of our weather radar equipment dates back to the Eisenhower Era) by vacuum tube hungry amateur radio operators?

They’re looking for millions of rounds of 5.56, .308, 30-06 and 12GA; I’ve heard claims they’re also ordering .50 BMG, but I didn’t see that in the RFP.
