Just in case you missed it, Fox News Anchor Anchor Martha MacCallum and Judge Andrew Napolitano actually tried to tell the Fox News viewing audience that the largest single abortion provider in the United States and the world, Planned Parenthood, doesn't do abortions.
Covering the effort on the part of the State of Texas to defund Planned Parenthood, MacCallum turned to Napolitano and said: “So judge... they don’t perform abortions at Planned Parenthood,” and Napolitano responded, “Correct."
You can access the video here, assuming it is still available (the statement appears 35 seconds into the video), but unfortunately for MacCallum and Napolitano, the facts directly contradicts MacCallum's idiotic statement and Napolitano's false affirmation.
Planned Parenthood is not only the largest abortion provider in the country but, contrary to what Planned Parenthood would have the American public believe, abortion is its raison d'etre. LifeNews.com confirms that Planned Parenthood affiliates performed 329,445 abortions in 2010 and provided prenatal care to only 31,098 women in the fiscal year ending in June of 2010.
Moreover, the Planned Parenthood Federation of America's (PPFA) Annual Report for the year ending in June of 2009 shows that PPFA took in 1.1 Billion dollars (that's Billion with a "B") in revenues and accrued expenses of 1.037 Billion dollars. Additionally, the organization started the year with over 1 Billion dollars in net assets, but due to losses on "investment income," only finished the year with slightly under 995 Million dollars in net assets.
The Annual Report for the year ending in June of 2009 also confirms that approximately 363.3 Million dollars (or approximately 33 percent of the organization's 1.1 Billion dollar budget) came from government grants, 209 Million dollars (or approximately 19 percent of the organization's revenue) came from private gifts, and the majority of the remaining income came from the services PPFA provides at its "facilities" across the country... not a bad haul for a not-for-profit organization.

Just last night we had friends over and I was telling them about certain issues around the country, how the homostapo is suing, brainwahsing, how the left are doing fraud and most of them had never veen heard of fast and furious, they thought it was a movie, Solindra[sp], Terry being shot, ACORN etc
So long as the media covers for the left and the poeple remain ignorant then the left will always have power and that is why they have no desire to increase education or do anything about the borders, illegals, or even the media
In Nevada, PP cannot perform abortions at their sites, but they refer and are allowed to have pamphlets in the high schools, something pro life clinics are not allowed to do.
I have no idea what percentage of abortions are due to PP referrals or if they are given a kickback when they send someone to a clinic.
This is all semantics, word games. PP is the abortion organization. They are Abortions R Us.
It is sad how the MSM treats us American voters by only telling the obama liberal side of each story..
BUT...I really think the people are waking up to what has happened to our once Great powerful Nation....
soon I will turn 70 and so glad my child rearing days are behind me, I often wonder how we ever managed as well as we did...today we struggle harder than we ever have had too...I pray for better days and a Better future for the young people of today.
Mea Culpa. I thought you meant the story was a lie... apologies. I can understand MacCallum drinking the Kool-Aid but I’m with you Napolitano should know better.
And technically grocery stores doesn’t provide food, they simply act as a marketplace for the producers and growers. ;).
Planned Parenthood is the primary link in the supply chain of the abortion business. Providing abortion is their business.

The last link in the post goes to PP’s annual report. I believe on page 13 you can actually see the actual dollar amount PP received from its local affiliates.
My point is they probably have fine print that technically puts some distance between themselves and the actual abortion, even though the abortions take place at many/most of ther locations; ElIguana’s analogy seems good. I don’t consider Juge Napolitano of FOX News to be shills for Planned Parenthood. The organization’s reputation as it connects to abortion could not be more clear.
