Getting it on the ballot is one thing, passing it is a whole different ball game. After all they got the Scott Walker recall on the ballot in Wisconsin.

If anyone wants to be added to the Michigan Cap Con ping list, let me know.

Can this be taken to the US Supreme Court or is this the end of the line?

[”The unions have already been running ads and doing automated calls even before they knew for sure that it would make it onto the ballot.”]

Did the unions know the fix was in? Or does the Supreme Court think blocking any ballot measure would be unconstitutional?

this is so stupid and awful that I almost hope it passes. Then the unions can have the whole state and run to DC with their hands out because believe me the rest of the state won’t be able to pay down the tab they will run up.
No evil wished your way of course.

the mob has found it easier to threaten the health of a few judges to get their free money scam of automatically paid union dues reinstated. Let the vote fraud begin!!

Romney better not spend one ad dollar on Michigan. This initiative will bring unions and their kin to the polls in record numbers and no amount od advertising will beat the unions in Michigan when they’re defending their perks in a way that guarantees them forever. Michigan and its 20 EVs are gone.
