This year, Americans will be subjected to another presidential election season of unfair and unbalanced debates.

After two debates, the American public has seen liberal Jim Lehrer of PBS exercising no control over the proceedings and liberal Martha Raddatz of ABC allowing Vice President Joe Biden to interrupt Congressman Paul Ryan 82 times.

Nonsense. William MsGurn, no liberal, liked Lehrer’s performance and quoted him in yesterday’s WSJ: “The moderator should be seen little and heard even less.”

So why did thet (republicans) agree to this format and set of moderators? I see no leg to stand on, the subject shouldn’t be on the table.

How in the firetruck does the RNC approve these moderators? Why haven’t we seen Rush as a moderator with the criteria being partisanship as a requirement?

Covered that months ago ~ the Republican on the ‘commission’ ~ Fahrenkopf ~ has his friends. All RINO all the time. Then there’s the Board of Directors ~ check out Howard Graham Buffet ~ that’s Warren Buffett’s eldest son. They effectively own the Washington Post, and the Rattzi-nazi gal is one of the ex-wives of their former editor in chief, Ben Bradlee. Check http://www.debates.org/index.php?page=commission-leadership and you will undoubtedly see even more problems. These people are corrupt to the hollow cores of their bones. They are so corrupt they don’t even recognize it when they do it.

I don't know why he'd say that. Lehrer was constantly trying to interrupt Romney, but Romney would have none of it and simply rolled over him. Whenever I heard Romney making good points, I kept hearing someone trying to interrupt ("But! But! Wait!"). I thought it was Zero, but when they showed the split-screen, I could see that it was Lehrer who was trying, repeatedly, to shut Romney down.

How on earth did they pick a personal friend of Obama’s to moderate a debate?

I wonder if the debates are helping a lot of people see the bias Conservatives have complained about for years. Liberal candidates get more time, get to interrupt conservatives, and the questions are phrased to be against the conservatives.

I’d love to see Chris Wallace moderate a debate... and Mark Levin...(or Sean or Rush)

Republicans agreed to the format and the moderators.

The Republican House majority has failed to stand up to Obama and Reid on spending and the budget the past two years. They acquiesced to the legislation setting up the fiscal cliff in January 2013. Actually Republican Mitch McConnell was the architect of the deal.

Republican President George W Bush doubled the national debt during his 8 years after inheriting a balanced budget. Yes, the Dems controlled Congress the last 2 years but where was Bush hiding the veto pen for all 8 years? Words and speeches have no meaning. Vetoes show a President means what he says.

Republican administrations appointed both Alan Greenspan and Ben Bernanke to lead the Federal Reserve.

A Republican President (Bush) and Republican Congress passed and signed into law a 25 year extension of the Voting Rights Act giving the Attorney General control over the election process in the South for another 2 decades.

Republicans passed the biggest expansion to Medicare (prescription drugs) and an unprecedented expansion of government funding and regulation of education (no child left behind), with no provision other than borrowing to fund it.

Any expectation today’s Republicans will fight the advance of the socialist state, much less the Democrat Party and its operatives is a fantasy. They are enablers, not opponents and are consistent in their behavior.

To conclude, the Republicans got the moderator and format they wanted.
