Thanks for the timeline on the WMD announcement by Panetta. This whole thing is beyond disturbing. so we have these seals running around supposedly trying to secure ‘lose weapons’ and Stephens going to this embassy in the dead of the night and no security force. A few days later, while everyone is being told about this video and the media is parroting every word....Panetta drops a bombshell and another cya story about ‘losing Syria’s chemical weapons(which are mostly Saddam’s from Iraq). Because of the video reporting, no one pays much attention to Panetta’s jaw dropping announcement.

The American people and Israel are in serious danger right now.

A pre-scheduled meeting as the attack was happening! How inconvenient for future deniability. Did they even go to the situation room?

Did anyone whisper in Obama’s ear, a la Andy Card to GWB, while the big O was at Walter Reed? How many staff accompanied him to Walter Reed? I believe they knew that they were honoring the memory of 9/11/01 or they wouldn’t have had to do so many icky things, like going to the Pentagon, or talking to sick troops. So they should have been aware that some ‘haters’ around the world might have tried to do something ‘symbolic.’

Not to worry: this attack in Benghazi and the deaths were just not “optimal.”

HUNT: Department of State Security employee — a DSS agent was at the operation center in Benghazi. They had a room with radios and cameras. And he makes the call; he punches the alert button. Does everything correct and calls his boss in DC.

Then he describes the attack for the whole time, until that the command center is overcome. But when she [Lamb] gets the phone call….

Carr: He’s killed. He’s killed. He’s at the radio when he gets killed. Is that right?

HUNT: The radio stays open. It’s still being recorded until it gets destroyed.

Lamb, who is in DC listening to all of this-— Clinton gets called, the President gets called, the Joint Chiefs-—everybody gets called about this. This is an embassy under attack. Period. It’s an automatic phone call.

I think Biden ought to be called on it, just like we did with Clinton when she said she was being shot at. People were there Mr. Vice President. You are lying. This is so disturbing. We were stationed at the EUCOM base. SOCEUR and AFRICOM were also there.

If I was Romney, that’s what I’d say at the next debate, and make Obama prove otherwise. Mention that we had military assets in Southern Italy and on ships that could have responded, but instead, Obama was just worried about cooking up an excuse.

He also could have done it last week on the “assault weapons” question. He could have spent 2 straight minutes slamming Obama’s hypocrisy in sending guns to Mexican killers, and how the MSM has colluded in keeping it off the front page, comparing it to Watergate X a million etc.

Now he has another chance next Monday to put Obama down for the count, and leave him stammering and stuttering and facial ticcing.
