The pictures from Virginia are quite normal after a hard rain. There is nothing unusual about them. The tunnels in Norfolk almost always have to close and streets are flooded in weather that is not even close to hurrican or tropical storm intensity.
Looks like Ottos Sea Food Grill has cut out the middle man and has the days catch delivered right to the front door...CAPITALISM is great!
