Now do you understand why I had precious little to say about the "election"? The results of this election were determined in 2008, including the faux-opposition candidate. You people who have spent the last several months breathlessly agonizing over this, analyzing fake polls and deluding yourselves into believing that this was somehow a legitimate operation are just sad. You're like the people in Iraq who supported the opposition candidate to Saddam Hussein for all of those years. Yes, Saddam Hussein held "elections". Regularly. That is what happened here yesterday. We had a Saddam Hussein "election".
This can all be summed up in one simple sentence that I have been screaming from the rooftops ever since November of 2008:
These people are NEVER going to walk away.
The Republic was overthrown in a neo-Stalinist putsch four years ago. Stalinists don't walk away. Ever. Stalinists don't hold elections - they put on shows to delude the masses, which they consider to be vermin, into believing that they still have some say and some degree of freedom. And when even that gets tiresome for them, they start slaughtering people. By the tens of millions.
Note that all of the so-called pundits on the so-called "right" are avoiding the issue of massive voter fraud. They're all just spewing the same nonsense as ever:

Sorry, but massive fraud would be noticed by exit polls. I believe even Breitbart itself did exit polls and there’s no mention of fraud by Breitbart.
You MIGHT get away with fraud up to 5%, but if you’re beating your opponent by 10 they can’t out fraud you.
Point is, we lose to fraud because we can’t win convincingly. This would be a moot discussion if that were the case.
It was an a#s kicking for sure but, you’re being way over the top.

I thought exit polls were all done by one outfit.
And if, as Rush said somebody told him, the exit pollers were making sure not to interview elderly whites, a complicit exit-poller could make the exit data resemble the manipulated results. But even at that, the dem spokeswoman said people should “stay calm” when the first rounds of exit polling came in. No voters were even going to see the exit polling so she must have been talking to the media - so that the media wouldn’t act depressed and blow the cover of the election theft taking place.
The fraud is the false Republican-Democrat dichotomy. As long a people keep falling for their political theater, this country is screwed.
It’s, also, important to take a look at the last seventy years of Massachusetts politics to see how “all leftist, all of the time” works and to see that it lasts for a very long time.

I don’t think there was massive fraud either. Plenty of polls, in fact the majority of the polls, showed Obama up in most swing states. We focused on the polls that we liked. It didn’t help that Dick Morris and Rove fed us a pile of dung.
Look, we are all depressed and frustrated today. I skipped work. However, this article, which suggests that we are going to be rounded up and killed, is ridiculous. Let’s be rational. Pundits and writers do us no favors by fear mongering. This is a democracy. We lose sometimes. We win sometimes. The liberals lost everything during the Gingrich Revolution, and after Bush was elected twice. They’ve never recovered. We do still have the House.
Let’s grieve, stick together and commiserate. We will get through this, but reading and buying into paranoid slop will only weaken us.

The Obama administration is incompetent at governance and corrupt, but comparing them to Stalinists is just stupid. Stalin had millions of Soviet citizens (among others) murdered. Obama is not even remotely close to being that bad.

Seriously John, stop drinking the Ron Paul kool-aid. We ran numerous good conservative candidates at all levels this time.
Libertarians have had a party for years. They rarely get over 5%.
It looks like Ann is still in the first stage... denial. Time to accept and fix!
