“REALLY, TROLL? It’s all about me? There is absolutely nothing about me there!”

This is his standard answer to anything. If you ask him about the weather, you’ll get this legal crap!

Asking him to man up and answer specific questions about what he said or his behavior is like pissing against the wind.

Based on the comments and in regards to Iran the top adviser to the President of the United States, Valerie Jarrett, has a ‘responsibility to adhere to, that realm and the governing authority over it.’?

Is that correct?

Can you extrapolate that further as regards legal aliens of a temporary nature?

What about a person here on a student or tourist visa? These are legal aliens who have declared their intent to NOT remain in the United States (as opposed to permanent resident aliens). If they produce a child while here, can they confer native status when they themselves have declared to only be here temporarily?

I would also assume that a person on a temporary visa who overstays their departure date would be considered an illegal alien after that date, and so would not confer citizenship, as if that person entered illegally in the first place.

Does the word "native" mean anything anymore? According to what I'm reading about naturalization, it doesn't appear to mean "indigeneous." If a student of Kenya can birth a child who is considered indigeneous to the United States, and then leave the United States behind and never return, then what does "indigeneous" mean?

“you’re a troll1”

I don’t know about that. I can say that JW is stunningly unconcerned about the catastrophic damage Obama has inflicted on the country, and he [JW] claims to see no connection between Obama’s devastating swath of destruction and his self-identification w his Kenyan father [to the exclusion of his American half]. JW imagines this is what the Framers wanted: to see the country dismantled and destroyed by a POTUS loyal only to his foreign half.

Alright, let’s talk about Maricopa County Sheriff Arpaio and Obama’s immigration file. All immigration files are under the control DHS Secretary and Maricopa County resident Janet Napolitano. Why doesn’t Sheriff Arpaio drive over to Janet’s house and ask for it?

Since your reviewing my old posts, be sure and review the one about Sheriff Arpaio have access to immigration files through the Sheriff’s office until Obama terminated Sheriff Arpaio’s access. Does that sound suspicious to you? It’s suspicious to me.

Proof of Obama’s ineligibility was available to Sheriff Arpaio until Obama cut Sheriff Arpaio off. Unlike me, Sheriff Arpaio is a sworn law enforcement officer. Unlike me, Sheriff Arpaio can obtain a copy of Obama’s Certificate of Naturalization from DHS without being charged with a crime if he is conducting a criminal investigation.

Link to news article on Sheriff Arapio’s access to immigration files being cut off by Obama ... http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2011/12/15/dhs-severs-ties-with-arizona-sheriff-joe-arpaio-over-civil-rights

And you think Sheriff Arpaio can’t do anything unless I provide with certified, authenicated documents even though I would be violating the law. Ha Ha Ha!

“What I meant to ask is why do you think the two parent citizen requirement is no longer recognized by the legal or political community?”

Because according to modern liberalism there is only one sin/crime/evil in the world, and that is discrimination. A 2-American parent interpretation would discriminate against any citizen w a foreign parent. Thus, since law schools [as well as all other institutions of higher learning] are controlled by liberals, the dirt/soil only interpretation is a priori the only one allowed.

If you really want to understand this, watch the following video. It is well worth the time;

No, I’m not a troll. And I’m not unconcerned about the damage Obama is doing to this country.

America survived a Civil War. We survived a World War. We have survived generations of idiotic politicians. I believe we can survive this one.

In the meantime, about the most useful thing I can do is to uphold our Constitution. We will NOT survive the destruction of our Constitution, particularly when those destroying it include people who claim to be upholding it.

For members of Congress it was the Congressional Research Service’s Report on Natural Born Citizenship that steered them away from the issue.
[Former] Congressman Brian Bilbray (R-CA) requested this report in response to constituents’ questions and letters. After it was released, congressional interest in the issue died a quick death.
It’s a long report but worth the read if you are really interested. You don’t have to agree with its findings to understand its impact on Congress. There has never been a congressional hearing held on this issue and Congress holds hearings on everything.

You may be a conservative but you think like a liberal, and that is a fact. You imagine/project the Framers wouldn’t discriminate against a citizen simply because he had a foreign parent or two. Wrong. the Framers concerned themselves w what was best for the Republic/the Republic’s survival. It’s a no-brainer that reserving the office of POTUS for persons w undivided loyalty is best for the country, and the Framers were not too stupid to figure this out.

Obama’s kind and degree of destruction against the country he hates and despises [as a direct result of his undivided loyalty to the country of his father] is unique in our history. Conservatives grasp this; liberals decidedly do not.

No, I don't think like a liberal. I think like a rational human being who is more concerned about what the Constitution says than about somebody's theory of what they think it should say.

And I also think like an independent thinker, which means that just because you or Herb Titus tells me something, I don't necessarily accept that. I want to know what the Constitution itself says. I want to know what the Founding Fathers themselves said.

And if you have any desire to actually be true to those Founders and that Constitution, that is a GOOD THING.

You see no difference in putting in place a POTUS whose first loyalty is to Africa & Kenya and electing one loyal to the USA alone. As you are no doubt aware, as a condition of belonging to Jeremiah Wright’s church, Obama had to pledge his primary fealty to the continent of Africa. Except that it was different in Obama’s case, because he was actually pledging his allegiance to the country to which he’d already declared himself loyal: the country of his father. You claim that not only do you see no risk here, but neither did the Framers.

That, Jeff Winston, is called thinking like a liberal.

No, in fact YOUR thinking, in MY view, is thinking like a liberal.

You believe that the Founding Fathers ought to have set up a nanny state in which they absolutely forbade the People from ever choosing any patriot, such as Ted Cruz, whose parents gratefully came to this country because our nation was far better than the one they left.

That's kind of a nanny-state government, at least in that particular provision. And that's what you and other birthers have been demanding. Nanny-statism, when it comes to natural born citizen. But only if it's the definition of natural born citizen that you think will protect us from foreign influence.

So you like the nanny state, if it does what you want. You don't like it if it doesn't do what you want.

And no, I was not aware of the pledge at Wright's church.

These kinds of things should disqualify a person, not legally, but practically, from ever being elected. If we had a media who would actually report such things, they probably would.

But I certainly haven't been hiding in the woods, away from the news. And this is the first I've ever even heard of such a pledge.

Logic fail/false equivalence. The nanny state is prohibiting Big Gulps. Preserving the Republic is called patriotic common sense.

Only God knows what the future holds. A truly charismatic conservative leader could perhaps even now stem the floodgates of liberalism. But please bear in mind that government run schools indoctrinate kids relentlessly from the earliest age. It’s a very hard tide to turn.

Now once again, try to stay focused, Sven.

I live in a rural area with no TV reception ... so, you’ll have to include a youtube video as “... seeing me on TV.”

Where's your video? After all, October was five months ago.
