WRGB in Albany has a breaking news story posted to their Facebook page, claiming that the state of New York is offering up bribes for people to rat out those possessing illegal firearms – an interesting development considering the adoption of the new anti-Second Amendment SAFE Act legislation. In other words, a firearm that may have been obtained legally could become illegal under the SAFE Act, and anybody who knows you possess said firearm can report you and earn themselves a cool $500.
In addition to the Facebook page, Pat Bailey, a reporter from at CBS 6 in Albany, tweeted that he has a letter from the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services explaining the reward program.

If it were only about illegal guns, ok, but it won’t be. It will be nosy neighbors ratting on normal, law-abiding people who have guns legally. They will be harassed by the police.
VERY few illegal guns will be reported. And the libs will be happy cuz they want to take guns from innocent people and leave them in the hands of criminals.

Maybe there’s an opportunity here. There are some enterprising souls who build zip guns just to sell them at buybacks. If these zip guns are illegal in New York, then you can build some and plant them on the property of various statists, reporters and leftwing libtards & make money off the whole deal.

In any-case perhaps we should support and encourage the massive New York Resistance movement:
Along with similar movements by patriot in all other similar states. “Civil disobedience” is the new praze of the day for the few remaining patriots of New York.

Yes, I think you do get a double fee if you rat out your parent.
1.5 multiplier for a brother or sister and 1.25 for a first cousin.
You get the bonus of choosing which family member gets shot in the head when it come to that point.

Well, no, there WERE Nazis, but they were the Republicans of their era. I was talking to some guy the other day and he was talking, half jokingly, about how all conservatives are Nazis, trying to get my goat. I asked him, "So it's your position that if the Nazional Socialistische Arbeitpartei (National Socislist Workers' Party) were around today, they'd be Republicans?" He didn't say anything.

This isn’t even remotely compatible with living in a free society. How many peoples’ homes are going to be violated by law enforcement because of a tip by some cash-greedy citizen or disenfranchised ex-friend or ex-lover? I realize these questions are merely rhetorical, knowing full well that those who enacted this policy are aware of these consequences, but just don’t care. This is all about power and fulfilling some sense of revenge over a demographic of the population that these liberals don’t like.

Select a commie politician. Plant a 30 rd. AR mag in their car, house etc. Get a burner phone and turn them in using a false name and address. The authorities will tear their property to pieces looking for the AR and they will still have felony evidence even if they find nothing else.
