Whatever happened to Jack Bauer?

I watched a few episodes of Touch the first season. It was pretty bad.

"Jake. Help me Jake! Tell me what you want me to do, Jake. Is this what you wanted me to do, Jake?"

The premise was rather silly: a middle-aged guy running around like a puppet, supposedly taking orders from his non-communicative autistic young son.

I am wondering whether The Following will be able to maintain, considering the subject. It seems to get more bizarre with each episode. The premise is rather far-fetched and gets moreso with each episode.

Hannible is supposed to be starting soon on one of the networks. I never watch the movies, so I have no intension of watching the series.

With all of the recent gun control jaw-yapping, I am surprised that Hollow-wood is making such violent shows. The CSI's, NCIS's, Bones, etc., seem to be getting worse by seeing how much more grotesque they can make for the remains of a deceased person.

I agree....I heard Glenn Beck mention the other day that one of the guys saw a movie trailer for a release of Jurassic Park and it had a warning on the screen that there would be.....gasp...smoking in the movie!! They commented on how it seemed Hollyweird was not concerned how violence would affect kids but smoking! Boy they were all over that!!!

Now I watch Justified. Same kind of story arc: gotta wait a week to see what happens next, but at least it doesn't take 24 weeks to find out what happens.

The crew started standing together for some Left Wing Global Warming ads and he had a change of heart that wouldn’t allow him to kneecap a guy (or his wife) to get info from them. They tried one show with the kinder, gentler Jack and his lisp just wasn’t enough to scare the bad guys into cooperating.
